As a special manifestation of coal fire,the cavity fire area in the small kiln goaf of open pit mine affects the safety production of colleagues and causes a lot of waste of resources.In the 920 flat plate production process of maoergou coal industry,a large number of small coal mines were found in the remaining roadways.Some of the roadways were open fire,which caused the drilling temperature too high to be blasted,and affected the normal production progress.At the same time,the toxic and harmful gases produced affected the safety of operators.Therefore,it is necessary to study the technology suitable for the management of maoergou coal industry tunnel fire area to ensure the safety of production.This paper analyzes the characteristics of maoergou coal industry fire area,and then according to its characteristics to take targeted fire control measures.In this round,according to the situation of maoergou coal industry and relevant data,the fire area of maoergou coal industry is divided into cavity fire area and loose medium fire area,and the causes of the fire area and the three-dimensional development law of space are analyzed.The characteristics of serious air leakage,concealed fire source location,easy diffusion,rapid development,easy re ignition and dynamic change are emphatically analyzed.According to the characteristics,water injection and injection are selected The fire extinguishing and cooling measures of slurry and injection three-phase foam and the fire area filling and isolation measures with high water material consolidation are specified,and the technical route of holistic treatment for borehole detection,fire area filling isolation,fire suppression and cooling,and fire source coverage is defined.The mobile three-phase foam infusion system is constructed.The system is flexible and easy to operate.A consolidation slurry injection system is built.The system can achieve the precise ratio of consolidation and control the solidification time of consolidation slurry.Through the construction of three-phase foam perfusion system and consolidation of special slurry perfusion system,plus water injection,injection of fly ash slurry,fire area loess cover and other measures to control the goaf fire area of the cat coal mining area,according to the collection of borehole temperature and gas changes,the treatment effect of fire area was tested,the results showed that borehole temperature and CO concentration were greatly reduced,and the eastern part of fire area was small.The open fire at the kiln mouth and the fire area inside the cavity have been effectively controlled.Through the implementation of fire control technology and the test of fire control effect,it is proved that the technical measures selected in this paper are practical and effective,and ensure the safety production of maoergou coal industry.
