Extruded food is a new product developed in the processed food industry in recent years.With the rapid and steady development of the extruded food processing industry,manufacturers of extruded food processing equipment have increasingly higher requirements for equipment performance and technology.At present,when some extruded food processing equipment manufacturers and manufacturing enterprises in China design and develop processing equipment,problems such as long research and development cycles,many problems,low efficiency,and slow speed are very common.These problems have hindered China's extruded food industry.development of.Therefore,this article takes some of the extruded food processing equipment currently on the market as the development target,and develops a knowledge base system of extruded food processing equipment based on SolidWorks 3D drawing software and Visual Basic programming language.In the process of developing this system,firstly through the specific analysis of the process of extruded food processing,build an extruded food processing production line,combined with the characteristics of extruded food and the types of raw materials,select the appropriate extruded food As the development target of the system,the processing equipment is analyzed for the working principle and structural characteristics of each equipment,so as to analyze and clarify the key components and main design parameters of the system development.Secondly,it analyzes in depth the tools and methods used to develop the extruded food processing equipment knowledge base system.The main technology of the development system is SolidWorks secondary development technology,database access technology,Visual Basic-based parametric design technology and automatic assembly technology In-depth research.At the same time,the database function of the system was realized through the Microsoft Access database management system.Finally,based on the parametric design method,the workflow of the automatic assembly technology,and the interface design function of Visual Basic,the specific function development of each processing equipment component and the complete equipment and the design of the human-computer interaction interface of each equipment module of the system are completed.The overall development of the system.Through this system,users can realize parametric modeling of key components of extruded food processing equipment,automatic assembly of three-dimensional models of extruded food processing equipment,and standard and general parts of extruded food processing equipment.Three-dimensional models generate three functions.At the same time,the system can quickly and accurately respond to the market needs of users,improve the efficiency of design,shorten the development cycle,and reduce development costs.
