Design Of Transparent Paper Preparation Device And Its Technological Research

Paper plays a very important role in people’s lives and production.The ordinary paper used in daily life is a non-uniform porous material composed of air and fibers.However,because of their opacity,porous structure and rough surface,these ordinary papers restrict their application in some specific fields.Transparent paper belongs to the category of special paper.It not only has the performance of ordinary paper used in daily life,but also has high optical transparency and good perspective,so it can be widely used in fine printing,In the fields of packaging and drawing.This paper proposes to use casting method to prepare transparent paper.However,my country lacks a small experimental casting preparation device suitable for research institutions,colleges and universities,etc.Therefore,an experimental transparent paper casting machine was developed and designed.This paper introduces the main technical parameters,design principles and basic principles of the experimental transparent paper casting machine,and designs the control system and overall structure of the transparent paper casting machine.The multi-physics model of the extension molding process was analyzed and studied;the experimental casting machine was composed of a control system,a conveyor system,a thermal cycle exhaust gas treatment system,a drying system,a casting head and other parts.This article innovatively designs a casting head with a gap adjustment device composed of a screw thread and a diagonal block.The casting head device has the advantages of simple structure,high adjustment accuracy,and small adjustable gap.And after calculation,it can be known that the minimum adjustment amount of the gap adjustment device is0.3μm,which meets the design requirements.Then,the author analyzed the strain and stress of the roller shaft using ANSYS software,analyzed the transmission performance of the conveyor belt,and checked some parameters such as the strength of the roller shaft.Finally,the casting process of the transparent paper material is described,and the casting material is tested on the casting equipment to obtain the transparent paper material,and the transparent paper material prepared by the casting is compared with the thickness and thickness in the transverse direction and speed direction.The control of transparency was tested,and the test results showed that the casting equipment had good uniformity.
