| With China’s economic operation entering the "new normal",the environmental strategy has been raised to the height of national strategy since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The "five in one" national strategy clearly includes the construction of ecological civilization.The development of enterprises and environmental problems have aroused great concern of the society.In order to coordinate the relationship between economic development and environmental protection,promote economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits The harmonious unity of social benefits and the further deterioration of the natural environment have set off a wave of sustainable development in China.In this context,more and more enterprises take environmental issues into account when making development strategies.In the existing literature,the relevant scholars have done more in-depth research on green transformation,environmental strategy and corporate performance,but there is still a lack of research on the impact mechanism,and a lack of case studies.Therefore,based on the literature review,case study and financial index analysis,this paper selects Liugang,an iron and steel enterprise in high pollution and high energy consumption industries,as a research case,to explore the relationship between green transformation,environmental strategy selection and enterprise performance Cable.Through the case study,this paper finds that:(1)the implementation of opportunity seeking environment strategy has a positive impact on improving the performance of enterprises.It has a positive impact on most indicators of economic performance,mainly in the long-term economic performance,environmental performance indicators and social performance indicators.(2)Liugang implements the environment strategy of opportunity pursuit,which can be used for reference for the heavy pollution enterprises to choose the environment strategy reasonably. |
