Study On Glass Windows In Italian Renaissance Innovative Application In Fashion Design

The 21 st century,cross-boundary integration of the field of art and design is in full swing.When it comes to the development of art,it is inevitable to think of the "Renaissance" which began in Italy.From the perspective of aesthetic development,the Renaissance is a time when many great artistic creations were born one after another.At this time,art began the path of "secularization" and finally moved towards "self-discipline".In the interweaving and collision of human nature and doctrine in the Renaissance,the religious architecture of the time was based on ancient Greek and Roman styles with an artist’s interpretation of human nature,and construct and create "immortal" traits.Among them,the glass window has the aesthetic charm extremely and presents the rich "adornment" aesthetic feeling because it has a rigorous layout,beautiful form and rich colors.This paper is based on the study of the glass window in the church in Italian during Renaissance so as to explore the cultural connotation and aesthetic effect of the glass window.Through the analysis of the design works containing the elements of glass pane in the fashion field,the author discusses the ways and means of its expression.Combining with the practice,the author interprets the creative inspiration and USES the method of divergent thinking to explore the new way of design innovation.The paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter foreshadowed the background of the topic and clarified the significance and purpose of the research combining the present status.Through the review of relevant materials,this paper analyzes the general situation of domestic and foreign research and forecasts the general development trend.This chapter also introduces the shape,color,material and process characteristics of glass Mosaic and glass windowpane,and briefly introduces the production of related glass windowpane.As the existence of the glass window in the church of religious architecture,it attaches to the main body of the building and uses the mottled light to create a sense of nobility.The second chapter mainly expounds the glass window.Combining with the social background and technical conditions,this chapter not only analyzes the production of glass window,but also interprets the religious story of glass window and emphasizes its "decorative" effect.On the basis of the different stage division of the historical development of glass windowpane,this chapter discuss the different stages of the development and decline of windowpane.The third chapter,in connection with the relevant discussion in chapter 2,focuses on the glass window in Italian churches during the Renaissance,such as Duomo di Milano and Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore,and so on.This chapter deals with the principles planned by people for "immortality" of Italian churches in Renaissance.In the meantime,it also summarizes the corresponding artistic characteristics of various window patterns from different angles such as pattern theme,composition feature,color collocation,etc.Based on the research of the second and third chapters,the fourth chapter combines the glass window design as an architectural art with the clothing design.Using the design cases of world famous brands such as Versace and Dolce & Gabbana,this chapter analyzes the application of window pane in fashion design such as printing,collage,embroidery and hand nail etc.The fifth chapter combines theoretical research with innovative practice.Based on the content of the previous theoretical induction and summary,we implemented the actual design and creation to demonstrate its reliability and practicality.?We interpreted the process that the source of design inspiration triggers the whole creation;?this chapter introduces how to present the design from the aspects of pattern design,clothing color matching,style profile expression and material fabric combination.?We explored?the implementation of the design scheme through the expression of effect drawing and the creative expression of pattern design.??In this chapter,??the necessary description is also given to the garment production,involving the analysis of the technological process,difficulties and solutions,and so on.The sixth chapter,as a conclusion,once again sorts out the content of the whole paper,and summarizes the research topic of the innovative application of window pane in Italian churches in costume design during the Renaissance.At the same time,this chapter also combines the objective present situation and the personal viewpoint to carry on the prospect to this topic.The research of this paper is based on the exploration of the characteristic forms and aesthetic expression of windowpane works,and then explores the enlightening significance of classical art forms to modern design in the "transboundary" of art and design.This paper is based on some characteristics such as the creation of the theme,composition of the area proportion,location layout and so on,and the analysis of many factors such as hue,purity and lightness in color matching.Finally,the performance of the "beauty" of window pane is summarized as the result of the joint action of "sensibility" and "rationality".We apply the general rule of "beauty" contained in the glass pane to the modern clothing design and then present reasonably the "beauty" by appropriate techniques of expression: All these not only provide inspiration for the creation of clothing,but also inject cultural connotation into the works to a certain extent and make them reflect a unique sense of style.
