| Oriented silicon steel is widely used in the power industry and the military industry.Its manufacturing process is demanding and the production cycle is long and these led to the cost of production oriented silicon steel is high.And now it does not replace other soft magnetic materials of oriented silicon steel.Therefore,oriented silicon steel is known as the "artwork" in metal products and the enterprise and even the country one of the important indices for special steel production level.After years of development,the production technology of oriented silicon steel has gradually matured.In order to improve the production efficiency and product performance of oriented silicon steel,enterprises are trying to improve their production technology.More and more methods have been used in heat treatment process.Magnetic field heat treatment as a new type of heat treatment technology has been widely concerned,and because of the multi-channel annealing process in the production of oriented silicon steel,the magnetic field heat treatment technology has provided a new direction for the production of oriented silicon steel.Based on the above reasons,in this work during magnetic field heat treatment of cold rolled oriented silicon steel process to deal with high temperature annealing stage.The influence of DC magnetic field on the texture of silicon steel sheet and the improvement of iron loss and magnetic induction intensity were studied by applying direct magnetic fieldat different annealing time and annealing temperature.Through the study of DC magnetic field applied in the high temperature annealing process of CGO silicon steel,it is shown that the CGO annealed silicon steel after two cold rolling is annealed at high temperature without magnetic field and applied by 0.1T and 0.2T to heat the magnetic field at high temperature.It will promote the growth of <Goss> texture grain and inhibit the growth of other texture grains during the primary and two recrystallization stages.It provides a more advantageous condition for the Goss texture grainsto absorb other texture grains,and provides more energy in the process of Goss texture growth by electromagnetic energy.The iron loss,magnetic induction intensity and texture distributior were observed by using GM300 monolithic magnetic energy meter and X ray diffractometer.The results showed that magnetic field loss and magnetic properties of CGo silicon steel were increased during the initial recrystallization stage and the two recrystallization stage,and the magnetic field lifting effect was most obvious in the first recrystallization stage,and the grain size and microstructure were mor homogeneous. |
