| Since the 21 st century,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly,and high-rise buildings are springing up.Because of the complexity of high-rise building construction process and many uncertain factors,the safety risk in the construction process is particularly prominent.The traditional construction safety management is difficult to effectively reduce the construction safety risk of high-rise buildings.The research on the construction safety risk of high-rise buildings is still in the overall stage of the project,and the research on the full cycle and systematic risk identification and grading assessment is less.The information management of construction safety risk of high-rise buildings is still in the initial stage.Carrying out the research on the construction safety risk of high-rise buildings and BIM Technology application has certain theoretical significance and important application value for reducing the construction safety risk of high-rise buildings and improving the construction safety management level of high-rise buildings.Combined with the construction characteristics of high-rise buildings,the main safety problems and five types of accidents in high-rise buildings are analyzed.Based on the advantages of WBS-RBS risk identification method,by clarifying the construction process and structural characteristics of high-rise buildings,the WBS-RBS risk identification coupling matrix is constructed in accordance with the step decomposition of "overall project" → "divisional and subdivisional project" → "key risk operation unit" and the coupling of "4m" risk influencing factors,to preliminarily identify whether there is risk in each work unit.On this basis,identify the risk factors of each process one by one,refine and merge them,prepare the list of high-rise building construction risk identification,comprehensively and systematically identify the risk sources of each construction stage,and provide data basis for risk assessment and BIM Technology Application.Based on WBS-RBS risk identification model,a risk assessment index system of high-rise building construction based on RBS risk tree is constructed.This paper abandons the shortcomings of single weighting method,combines entropy weighting method and AHP weighting principle,and determines the weight of each risk assessment index by combination weighting.Based on the analysis of the applicability and advantages of multi-level matter-element method,a comprehensive risk assessment model of high-rise building construction based on multi-level matter-element analysis method is systematically constructed.Based on the characteristics of grey fuzzy theory and risk activity unit,a risk assessment model of activity unit based on grey fuzzy comprehensive analysis is established.Based on the risk assessment model of Jinshazhou project,the construction safety risk assessment of high-rise building is carried out,and the construction risk level of the whole project and each operation unit is determined.In view of the assessment results,targeted improvement suggestions and countermeasures are proposed,which proves the feasibility and practicability of the assessment model,and solves the risk classification problems of different construction stages,so as to build a high-rise building The risk assessment of construction safety provides a new idea.BIM Technology is applied to build a four-dimensional space-time model(three-dimensional space + time dimension)of high-rise building construction safety risk,and an information-based collaborative platform is built based on BIM model.The research results of safety risk identification and evaluation are applied to the platform.Through the platform project Kanban,the level of safety risk assessment of each construction process is visualized.Based on the theory of high-rise building construction safety management,the cooperative system of high-rise building construction safety management is researched and developed from the safety risk management and hidden danger investigation and control modules,so as to realize the information sharing closed-loop management of safety risk reporting,patrol,renovation,verification,elimination,statistics and assessment in the whole process of high-rise building project construction,optimize the management process,and promote the future Dynamic and standardized risk management of high-rise building construction provides reference. |
