With the increasing emphasis on water pollution control in China,The State Environmental Protection Bureau and local environmental protection departments have successively issued new policies for water pollution control in major river basins.In 2012,the Liaoning provincial government carried out water pollution control work in the Hun River,Taizi River and Daliao River Basins of the three waters of liaoshui,On March 26,2012,Liaoning Provincial People’s government issued the implementation opinions on printing and distributing the pollution control work of Hunhe prince he Da Liao River(lzf[2012]No.9).In the document,it is proposed to further reduce the water pollution load of the receiving water body of the tail water of the sewage treatment plant,and require the effluent of the current sewage treatment plant to implement stricter discharge standards.The original design effluent quality of Shenyang XNH sewage treatment plant is the secondary discharge standard,which must be upgraded to the primary a discharge standard according to relevant provisions.The purpose of this paper is to study the upgrading process of Shenyang xnh sewage treatment plant and provide technical support for the upgrading of the plant.Taking the upgrading and upgrading project of Shenyang XNH sewage treatment plant as the research object,through the investigation and analysis of the influent water quality,combined with the existing treatment process,the upgrading and upgrading process of the designed sewage treatment plant is analyzed and compared.Its main contents include the analysis of the existing problems of the existing sewage treatment plant,the analysis of the data of the influent water quality of the sewage treatment plant,the selection and analysis of the process scheme,the optimization of design parameters and process design according to the comparison of the domestic and foreign schemes and selection schemes,as well as the analysis of the operation effect,etc.According to the measured data of Shenyang XNH sewage treatment plant from January 2017 to December 2017,the design scale of the plant is determined to be 400000 m3/d.According to the measured data of Shenyang XNH sewage treatment plant from January 2017 to December 2017,,the design water quality of the plant is determined as CODcr=400mg/L,BOD5=175mg/L,SS=235mg/L,NH3-N=36mg/L,TN=45mg/L,TP=4.5mg/L。The designed effluent quality shall be in accordance with class A discharge standard of discharge standard for pollutants of urban sewage treatment plant(GB18918-2002),specifically as follows:CODcr≤50mg/L,BOD5≤10mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,NH3-N≤5mg/L,TN≤15mg/L,TP≤0.5mg/L。The BOD5/COD=0.44 of the influent water from Shenyang XNH sewage treatment plant shows that the biodegradability of the sewage is relatively good,and it is concluded that the influent water is relatively easy to be biodegraded.According to the characteristics of influent water quality,combined with the original treatment process,it is determined that the secondary treatment process of this upgrading project adopts the process of "pre denitrification biological filter+biological aerated filter+Post denitrification biological filterr",the advanced treatment process adopts the process of "sand sedimentation tank",and the phosphorus removal process adopts the process of "biological phosphorus removal+chemical phosphorus removal" and the disinfection process adopts the process of "ultraviolet disinfection" "Process.At the same time,the deodorization system is reformed to realize the overall deodorization.The operation results show that after the upgrading of Shenyang xnh sewage treatment plant,not only the nitrogen and phosphorus removal capacity of the treatment system has been improved,but also the removal effect of other pollutants has been improved,and the water quality indicators of the effluent have reached the design effluent requirements.The implementation of the upgrading and reconstruction project of Shenyang XNH sewage treatment plant has made the effluent quality meet the discharge standard of class A in the discharge standard of pollutants for urban sewage treatment plant(GB18918-2002),which will alleviate and eliminate the pollution of sewage to the surrounding surface water and groundwater,and is of great significance.
