Quantitative liquid filling machine is widely used in industries such as food,medicine and cosmetics.Among them,products with complex ingredients and high economic value,such as liquid medicine and lipstick,have particularly strict requirements on filling accuracy and quality.The introduction of flexible production concept,new control algorithm and integrated control method to the research and development of lipstick filling machine can improve the overall performance of the filling equipment,make it have higher control accuracy and response speed,and lead the cosmetics production industry towards automation and intelligence.According to the existing filling technology,aiming at the common problems of low production efficiency,unstable measurement and low automation of existing equipment,this thesis focuses on the design of a new automatic lipstick filling machine structure and optimization of structure and PID control for production defects.According to the functional requirements of the filling machine,the problems of the realization of the filling control are completed and the prototype experiment is carried out.The results show that it has achieved the purpose of high precision and high efficiency lipstick production.The main research contents are as follows:According to the process of lipstick filling,a new type of automatic lipstick filling machine is designed.The structure and working principle of each component module are described.Discusses the process of producing bubbles on the lipstick surface,puts forward the solution of the elastic connecting rod vibration device,and makes simulation analysis on the device based on Adams software to verify the rationality of the design.Aiming at the measurement error of lipstick filling,the grating ruler is used as the position feedback link and its transfer function is obtained based on the theoretical analysis of PMSM.Based on the actual working condition,the approximate transfer function of other parts of the lipstick filling position servo system is obtained,and the system transfer function is integrated to analyze the dynamic performance,which paves the way for the subsequent simulation analysis.Based on the principle of particle swarm optimization algorithm and the transfer function of lipstick filling servo system,the MATLAB system simulation models of traditional PID control and PSO-PID control strategy are built and simulated respectively,verify that PSO-PID has faster response speed and more stable control effect than PID control strategy.According to the control system scheme of lipstick filling machine,the PLC,sensor,main electrical components and HMI for realizing the control of filling machine system are selected.Through the experimental analysis of the prototype,when the PSO-PID control strategy is adopted,the filling qualification rate reaches 97%,which proves that the PSO-PID control strategy has a greater improvement in the accuracy and stability control of the filling system compared with the PID control.This thesis takes the automatic lipstick filling machine as the research object,aims to improve the lipstick filling accuracy,production quality and equipment automation,caters to the concept of benign economic cycle and sustainable development of the cosmetics production industry,puts forward a series of practical measures to produce ideal economic,social and ecological benefits,which has certain reference significance in similar products.
