Ammonia Leakage In Liquid Ammonia Refrigeration Enterprises Study On The Assessment Of The Harmful Consequences And The Evacuation Of Personnel

With the rapid development of social economy,there is a growing demand for ammonia,a necessary raw material for industrial production.Ammonia is a commonly used chemical raw material in the industrial field.China has taken all kinds of measures to safely manage the major hazard sources mainly liquid ammonia storage tanks,but there are still many accidents of leaking inflammable,toxic,explosive and other chemical substances,which is a kind of sudden pollution accident.Chemical leakage accidents have various forms,and the factors causing the accidents are also complex,especially the chemical substances with low boiling points,such as liquefied gas and ammonia.In general,ammonia is stored in high pressure vessels in the form of low temperature,liquefaction,high pressure,etc.If the container storing ammonia is damaged,the harmful substances in the container will leak into the atmosphere and pollute the environment,or even cause poisoning incidents.In case of high temperature or open fire,there will be fire or explosion,causing serious consequences.Therefore,this subject mainly simulates the consequences of the leakage of liquid ammonia storage tank,which shows guiding value for the safety production management of enterprises,personnel evacuation after the accident,emergency rescue and other rescue measures.The results obtained in this study serve as an important basis for environmental protection departments and safety management departments to understand the impact,consequences and environmental pollution caused by such accidents,and also provide a variety of measures to deal with environmental pollution and dangerous accidents,which can play a role in protecting people's life safety and ecological and environmental health.Based on the background of Shandong Zhengda Ecological Engineering Co.,LTD.,this paper studies the personnel evacuation after the occurrence of leakage in the liquid ammonia tank area,and USES the fluid simulation software FLUENT to simulate the ammonia gas distribution after the occurrence of leakage in the tank area,so as to propose a reasonable personnel evacuation plan and.The main contents of this paper include:1.The development status of numerical simulation for ammonia leakage accidents at home and abroad is analyzed,and the basic contents and steps of numerical simulation are introduced.2.The occurrence process of liquid ammonia leakage accident and various conditions affecting ammonia diffusion are introduced in detail,and the consequence model of liquid ammonia leakage accident is described.3.Ansys software was used to model the liquid ammonia storage tank area of Shandong Zhengda Ecological Engineering Co.,LTD.,and FLUENT fluid simulation software,which is widely used in the market,was used to simulate the diffusion of ammonia,and a reasonable evacuation plan was proposed based on the actual diffusion status of ammonia.
