| As a key technology for realizing smart factories,digital factory is the development direction of engineering design and management in the field of metallurgy in the future.This paper expounds the concept and connotation of digital factory,and summarizes the system theory and control theory of digital smelter enterprise construction under the development of information technology.Through the investigation of gold smelting enterprises,this paper analyzes the current status of digital construction of gold smelting enterprises in China,discusses the existing problems and influencing factors in the construction of digital smelting enterprises,and identifies the outstanding problems in technology and management.In view of the above prominent problems,this paper first proposed the planning and design of video monitoring,combined with the network of data acquisition methods to collect and sort out the data and build a data acquisition platform;The physical architecture topology diagram is used as the framework to realize the data brain design.Design of intelligent control and coordinated control system,realize the intelligent control of production process indicators and decision,and then get a relatively complete production solutions and then using the simulation technology,optimize the proposed solutions and feasibility verification and combined with the idea of lean production in production scheduling lean production management quality management and so on construction control platform,realizes the enterprise production and management of digital.Through the research and implementation of this project,the digital management of smelting production in S gold smelting company is realized,the efficiency and benefit are improved and the cost is reduced.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for the overall planning of digital transformation and intelligent production management of gold smelting enterprises,which is of great popularization and application value. |
