As an important local drinking water source,Qianhe Lake in northern Anhui has multiple functions such as water supply,flood prevention and stagnation,aquaculture,and tourism,and plays an important role in the social,economic development,and ecological environmental protection of the lower Huaihe River.Conducting an ecological safety assessment study on the lake have very positive significance for ensuring the ecological safety of this lake.This study focuses on the main functions of the Qianhe Lake,uses a combination of onsite investigation and data collection to carry out a systematic ecological environment investigation.On this basis,the assessment of lake water ecological health,river basin social and economic impact,ecological service function,and ecological environmental protection regulation and management measures is carried out.Comprehensively assess the ecological security status of the Qianhe Lake by comprehensively analyzing the socio-economic pressure of the river basin,the pollution load of the river basin,the water quality of the river entering the lake,the quality of the lake water environment,the development and utilization of the lakeside zone,and human feedback and the response of the ecosystem.To get the ecological safety index ESI.The main problems of the ecological environment of Qianhe Lake were analyzed,and the main causes of the problems were diagnosed.According to the pollution analysis in the watershed,agricultural sources and living sources are still the main types of pollution in the Luhe Lake Basin.The proportion of emissions in different townships varies greatly.The pollution emission intensity of Jingshan Town is large,followed by Wanfu Town.The COD pollution emission intensity is 16.69 tons per square kilometer and 11.80 tons per square kilometer,which exceeds the average watershed level of 9.23 tons per square kilometer.According to the survey of the ecological environment of the lake and its watersheds,the water quality of the Luhe Lake Lake shows a spatial change trend that gradually increases from west to east,but the eutrophication state shows an upward trend,and the difference is small;while the water ecology basically shows from west to west The main characteristics of the spatial variation of the upward trend of the east and then the downward trend include the pollutants from the upstream of the river,the pollution of production and living in the lake,the pollution of aquaculture and other factors.The average heavy metal risk index RI of the whole lake is greater than 150,which is at the "moderate risk" level.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the sediment pollution in the eastern part of the lake is more serious.The risk index of heavy metals in the sediments of Zhenggang Village is the highest,close to 240;aquatic biodiversity The sex is the worst,the state index is only 0.226,and the benthic animal and fish diversity index is in a very poor state.The heavy metal risk index of the Yangweicun section in the middle of the lake is relatively good,with a heavy metal risk index of 138.1;the aquatic biodiversity in the middle of the lake(Yangweicun section)and the west(the Wanfu Bridge section)is better than that in the east.After systematic assessment,the Ecological Safety Index(ESI),of Qianhe Lake is 75.3,which is in a "safer" state.In general,the environmental protection work of the Qianhe Lake in recent years has led to significant improvements in the lake water quality,capital investment,pollution control level,and regulatory capabilities,which have contributed significantly to the improvement of the ecological safety of the Qianhe Lake.The factors that affect the ecological safety of the Qianhe Lake are mainly the high pollution load of the river basin,the degree of eutrophication of the lake,and the low water conservation function.These will become the key issues for the ecological environmental protection of the Qianhe Lake in the future.Among them,reducing the pollution load of the river basin is the top priority.
