Starch sugar is use the starchy crops such as corn,rice potato as raw material,through deep processing of starch and starch milk output,through the method of acid acid enzyme hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis method,the floorboard of the production of sugar,it mainly includes the maltose,glucose,fructose syrup,etc.At present,starch sugar is not only a important supplement of the sugar market,starch sugar in addition to the improvement of people’s life quality,raise the level of life plays an important role,at the same time,starch sugar industry in high-tech biological industry also plays an increasingly important role,become an important part of the fermentation industry In this paper,based on the actual production,taking the starch processing product corn starch milk as the liquefaction starting material,the related technological parameters of double enzymatic production of corn starch sugar were studied,and the technological conditions of liquefaction saccharification were optimized,so as to achieve the purpose of improving saccharification efficiency,reducing production cost,improving equipment utilization,reducing energy consumption and reducing environmental pollution.1、to starch product processing process of corn starch milk for liquefaction research object,through the optimization of the single factor experiment and response surface method,establish regression model equation,the optimal process for the starch emulsion key process parameters through the optimization of liquefaction process parameters,corn starch emulsion obtained and verified the optimal process parameters in the process of to: under the condition of the liquefaction temperature for 98,high temperature resistant alp Ha amylase flow volume of 100 ml/min,flow and the mass fraction of 0.15% anhydrous calcium chloride,regulating PH5.7,liquefaction,90 Around min,the DE value of the liquefaction product obtained under these conditions can reach 13%-15% stably and meet the requirements of the optimal DE value range of the next saccharification reaction.2、Liquefied liquid for more than 2 step reaction starting material,by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,optimization of corn starch saccharification process of key process parameters,draw and verify the optimum technological parameters combination of corn starch saccharification process is: the quantity of saccharifying enzyme and enzyme was 0.15kg/m,saccharification temperature 60,saccharifying PH4.8±0.1 around saccharification time approximately 40 h under these conditions,corn starch saccharification efficiency highest,saccharifying DE value can achieve stability more than 98%,improve the efficiency of saccharification to reduce the production cost to improve the utilization rate of equipment reduces the energy consumption to reduce environmental pollution.
