Real-time Communication Research And Implementation For Fine Chemical Process Control

In recent years,countries attach great importance to the research of fine chemical process control system and regard it as an effective measure to adjust the chemical industry structure,improve the added value of products and enhance the international competitiveness.However,due to its slow start,China has made a series of achievements,but its overall level is still low,and there is a certain gap with developed countries,so it is of great significance to study the control system of fine chemical process.This paper is based on several production lines in a fine chemical production workshop of a fine chemical company.After in-depth analysis of the production process and equipment technology,the communication between PLC and PC is studied.While completing the real-time optical fiber communication setup between the PC and the PLC,the message sending and receiving mechanism is optimized,so that the data on the PLC can be read at different frequencies according to the system settings,and the communication efficiency is relatively improved.Then,according to the functional requirements of the process control system,The upper computer software to complete the single function and the PLC program are developed.Finally the upper computer software,PLC program,the communication between the upper computer and PLC these three parts are integrated into a complete process control system,And use Win CC configuration software to design the production monitoring screen.The design of the whole process control system has been completed,which has been proved to be feasible by field debugging,and has been put into use in a fine chemical production workshop of a fine chemical company.The system has realized a good and reliable automatic process production in the workshop,and its performance is good and stable.
