Research On The Relationship Between Environmental R&D Subsidies And Enterprise Green Innovation

China’s previous economic growth model of high consumption and high emission has greatly reduced the environmental quality.therefore,environmental protection and green development become one of the hottest topics in our country in recent years.In order to implement the concept of green and sustainable development in China,the government encourages green manufacturing and green technology researching to promote green transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.As the green technology researching is characterized by high risk and high uncertainty,in order to avoid the lack of enthusiasm for R&D and alleviate the external problems of R&D innovation,the government usually intervenes by granting environmental R&D subsidies to enterprises.However,due to information asymmetry and other reasons,the government may not choose the most suitable company when selecting the object of subsidy,and the company may not make efficient decisions when using the subsidies for various reasons.So this paper selects Yangmei Chemical Co.,Ltd.as an example from the heavy pollution industry and comparing with Luxi Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.Firstly,the effects of environmental R&D subsidies on Yangmei Chemical Co.,Ltd are analyzed from two aspects of economic benefits and environmental benefits,through analysis,it is found that although Yangmei Chemical Co.,Ltd has obtained more environmental R&D subsidies,there are problems such as low quantity and quality of green innovation patent application,poor profitability and poor environmental benefits.Then we analyzed the reasons of the problems from the rationality of obtaining and using environmental R&D subsidies,Research has found that discovered it has the following problems:one,unreasonable gaining.Yangmei Chemical Co.,Ltd’s R&D capabilities and patent quality are not consistent with the amount of environmental R&D subsidies it received,and it has obvious political connection;two,unreasonable using.Yangmei Chemical Co.,Ltd does not pay attention to technology investmentand existence for unreasonable-research and development strength and the quality does not accord with environmental protection subsidies amount obtained patent,enterprise obvious political relation,and the use of unreasonable,enterprise investment direction ignored the technology investment,the problem of poor corporate governance.Finally,Suggestions are given to the above problems.
