the extensive use of cloud computing,the industrial intelligence that the Internet of Things focuses on has undergone revolutionary changes.The Internet of Things needs to import all kinds of information into the Internet,and wireless transmission networks are the best choice.Under this opportunity,some companies hope to combine industrial automation with the Internet of Things to take a share in the upcoming smart industry in advance.The Internet of Things refers to the Internet of Things.To meet the requirements of the Internet of Things for all the objects on the automated production line,the first thing to overcome is the complex performance of the objects.Undoubtedly,the cylinder is the best choice,so there is an Internet-based This engineering application topic of the cylinder wireless transmission system.This thesis first conducts a theoretical analysis on the pneumatic electronic technology in the automated production line,and determines that the research object of this topic is the cylinder.The requirement to clarify the subject is how to combine the cylinder with the Internet of Things.The industrial site environment analysis confirmed that the project is a "Wi-Fi-based cylinder wireless transmission network system",using Wi-Fi technology to transmit,process and control the real-time temperature,vibration and position information collected by the cylinder.After clarifying the subject requirements,the research and analysis were carried out from the following aspects:(1)Through the analysis of the current status of Internet of Things(Internet of Things)IOT technology,the difference between the Internet of Things and the Industrial Internet can be compared,and it is clear that the application of the Internet of Things to industrial automation has a certain value under the premise of the existing industrial Internet.,It is meaningful to "smart industry".The combination of traditional automated production lines and Internet of Things technology is a manifestation of the value of this subject,thus confirming the value of this project in industrial applications.Starting from the basic knowledge of pneumatic electronic technology,the pneumatic electronic technology is summarized,pneumatic actuators are analyzed,and the key and difficult points are determined to be the cylinder,so that the "thing" of the Internet of Things is the cylinder.(2)Analyze the theoretical basis of the Internet of Things,analyze the wireless technology of the Internet of Things,and determine the technical plan and route to be Wi-Fi technology.It analyzes the Internet of Things from the advantages,characteristics,architecture,middleware and security system of the Internet of Things,and expounds the knowledge of the Internet of Things wireless technology.Analyze the global radio division,network topology and scale,and compare the relationship between the Internet of Things,sensor networks and ubiquitous networks.After comparing several common wireless network protocols,it focuses on the analysis of embedded Wi-Fi.It is determined to design the wireless network configuration scheme after satisfying the conditions of versatility,security and selection diversity.Analyze the industrial automation controllers that are usually used in the automated production lines of production equipment,focus on the Siemens SIMATIC controller PLC,and analyze the TIA Portal(TIA Portal).The research direction is determined as the "Research and Implementation of a Wi-Fi-based Cylinder Wireless Transmission Network" using the thinking of the Internet of Things.(3)Detailed introduction to the device CC3200 and Simple Link subsystem learning,and finally decided to choose CC3200 for project development,focusing on the Simple Link subsystem analysis.It is verified that CC3200 can meet the hardware requirements of the design.Designed the CC3200 hardware system.(4)After analysis,a Wi-Fi-based Io T cylinder transmission system was constructed to realize the collection,reception and processing of multiple nodes and different signal quantities.The hardware framework diagram of the wireless transmission system of the cylinder based on Wi-Fi,the overall design communication process of the wireless transmission system of the cylinder based on Wi-Fi,the interface circuit of CC3200 and the sensor,the hardware circuit of CC3200,the hardware interface of temperature sensor,and the location Sensors,vibration sensors,and other hardware systems,focusing on the design of Siemens S7-1500 hardware configuration and HMI(Human Machine Interface).(5)A software system with multiple sensor nodes was developed and designed with CC3200 based on Simple Link Wi-Fi protocol.Completed the mobile terminal software design,WEB software design and S7-1500 and HMI(Human Machine Interface)design respectively.(6)The system was used to verify and analyze the cylinders in different production environments,and they all met the design requirements and reached the subject requirements of designing a Wi-Fi-based cylinder wireless transmission system.The combination of the Internet of Things and industrial automation
