With the rapid development of global economic integration,homogenized co mpetition in chemical industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Especially in the national macroeconomic regulation and control and environmental protection polic ies,the People’s Republic of China national economic and social development,in the twelfth five-year plan for national environmental security protection is put f orward to promote the development of clean energy production mode and the cir culation economic model,to improve the chemical industry emissions standards,i n order to strengthen the management of cleaner production evaluation index,the development of the chemical enterprise facing the problem began to highlight.High emission standards and cleaner production requirements mean that chemical enterprises have significantly increased investment in environmental protection,a nd the industry is faced with dishwashing and many unknown challenges.For en terprise procurement management,it is necessary to raise the threshold of supplie r selection and raw material procurement standards,constantly optimize raw mate rial procurement strategies,and reduce supply risks.Although AN Group is a lea ding foreign-invested chemical enterprise with a long history,it is also faced wit h increasing market competition,increasing enterprise costs and increasing raw m aterial supply risks.According to the current situation of centralized procurement management of AN Group,how to optimize the process of centralized procure ment management,develop strategic cooperative suppliers,reduce procurement co sts and reduce supply risks has become AN urgent problem to be solved for the long-term development of AN Group.This thesis takes the centralized procurement management of AN Group as t he object of study,and makes AN in-depth analysis of the problems currently fa ced by the centralized procurement management of AN Group,such as inconsiste nt execution of the procurement process of the group,most use decentralized pro curement mode,high cost of raw materials,high inventory,difficulty in collectin g centralized procurement data,decentralized management of suppliers and so on.Optimize the dimensions of AN Group’s global procurement management structu re change,information system data sharing,Shared service center,inventory cost control,procurement risk early warning and control,and supplier group managem ent,and work out a set of centralized procurement management optimization stra tegy process suitable for the development of AN Group.This thesis mainly adopts the method of literature research and combination of theory and practice,through the study of relevant theoretical books at home a nd abroad and enterprise case analysis,combined with the problems and shortco mings in the current centralized procurement management process of AN Group,to build a set of process optimization scheme suitable for the centralized procure ment management of AN Group.From the practical implementation effect,the ce ntralized procurement management mode of AN Group has been effectively impl emented,the information system has been fully and efficiently run,the centralize d supplier management results have been obvious,the strategic partner suppliers have increased significantly,and the procurement cost and inventory have been e ffectively controlled.AN Group’s ability to adapt to changes and resist risks has been significantly improved,maintaining its competitive advantage in the fierce market competition,steadily increasing its market share,and enhancing its compr ehensive strength. |
