Product assembly is the final key step from the input of raw materials or accessories to the output of final products.In general,household appliances and other electrical appliances enterprises,most of the parts and original accessories of various types of products are delivered to the parts manufacturers,so the most important thing in the enterprise headquarters is to complete the assembly process.In the enterprises that still need a lot of manpower,the problem of assembly line balance rate is still an urgent problem to be solved in production waste.According to the statistical analysis of relevant data,the total assembly operation accounts for 10%-40% of the labor force,and also accounts for a large proportion of the production and manufacturing costs.In spite of the relatively developed industrial technology countries,there will still be different degrees of time waste in the process of product manufacturing and assembly.This paper first summarizes and analyzes a large number of domestic and foreign literature on assembly line balancing research,and then summarizes the assembly line balancing theory,dual population genetic algorithm theory and industrial engineering optimization management method needed in this paper.Then,the industrial engineering method is used to optimize the current situation of the production line.Finally,the dual population genetic algorithm is used to further the assembly line process Step optimization.W enterprise has set up a special ie group,and the 6S management of the field management part is better.However,through research and analysis,there are still some problems such as action waste,unreasonable layout and handling waste in the production line.This paper will first solve the waste existing in the field of management with the method of industrial engineering.The double population genetic algorithm used in this paper avoids the shortcomings of limited search space and easy to fall into local optimal solution caused by a population operation.Finally,MATLAB software is used to program and calculate the optimal solution,and the indexes after the balance optimization are compared and evaluated.The analysis results show that after the assembly line balance optimization,the production efficiency of the enterprise has been significantly improved.
