This study selected the recycling of PVC cable material waste(w PVC)which generated in the production process of GUILIN INTERNATIONAL WIRE AND CABLE GROUP CO.LTD,and selected w PVC and J-70 PVC cables from the recycling of w PVC The optimal recycling formula of the material(J-70PVC)and the effect of the addition of antimony trioxide on the performance of the optimized w PVC were discussed in three aspects.First of all,w PVC was used as the raw material to prepare the samples through the method of melt blending granulation by torque rheometer and injection molding by injection machine.The tensile properties,thermal aging properties,volume resistivity,thermal deformation,thermal stability at 200?,FTIR and tensile cross-sectional SEM of w PVC were analyzed.Refer to GB/T 8815-2008 to remove dielectric strength and impact brittleness Other indexes besides chemical performance,it was concluded that w PVC can be directly recycled according to the four types of cable materials of JR-70,H-70,HR-70 and HI-90.Secondly,w PVC/J-70 PVC was prepared by adding different parts of w PVC into unused J-70 PVC through a twin-screw extruder,and then standard samples were obtained by injection molding.The tensile,thermal aging,volume resistivity,thermal deformation,thermal stability at 200?,dielectric constant and dielectric loss of w PVC/J-70 PVC with different ratio were studied,and its tensile section morphology and micro properties of FTIR were tested.The results showed that the more w PVC content,the better the insulation performance of w PVC/J-70 PVC.At the same time,according to the analysis of various indicators of J-70 in GB/T 8815-2008,in addition to the dielectric strength and impact embrittlement performance not tested in this study,adhering to the concept of maximizing the recovery of w PVC,you should choose 15 w PVC/J-70 PVC was recycled and reused as J-70 cable material to produce the best,its performance meet the standard and the production cost was the lowest.Finally,because GB/T 8815-2008 has not cleared regulations on the flame retardancy of PVC cable materials,it was mainly determined through consultation between the supplier and the buyer.Therefore,in this study,the above optimized 15 w PVC/J-70 PVC was selected,and different amounts of antimony trioxide flame retardant were added to the 15 w PVC/J-70 PVC.The twin-screw extruder was used for extrusion granulation and injection molding method to prepare samples.Explore the addition of antimony trioxide by SEM analysis of its oxygen index,tensile properties,thermal aging properties,volume resistivity,thermal deformation,thermal stability at 200?,dielectric constant,dielectric loss,and tensile section morphology.The effect of the amount on the optimized 15 w PVC/J-70 PVC performance.The results showed that when the content of antimony trioxide was within 10 phr,the more the content,the greater the oxygen index of 15 w PVC/J-70 PVC,the flame retardant performance was better.But with the increase of antimony trioxide content,its insulation performance has weakened.At the same time,all tested properties of 15 w PVC/J-70 PVC meet the requirements of GB/T 8815-2008 for J-70 performance.
