Research On Pressure Comfort Of Sports Bra Based On Breast Shape

Sports bra is one of the important equipment for women’s sports.Its main function is to reduce breast vibration and protect the chest.Because women’s breast shapes are different due to age,development,genetics and other factors,even the breasts of the same breast type have different shapes,which affects the fitness and comfort of sports bras to a certain extent.In addition,sports bras are still typical Pressure clothing,which means that the comfort of the human body and the sports functionality of the sports bra will be greatly affected by its own pressure.This article will take the best-selling sports bra in the market as the research object,and study the pressure comfort of sports bras in different breast shapes under dynamic and static conditions,and discuss the rationality of pressure in various parts,and optimize the pressure of unreasonable parts.The research content and conclusions of this article are divided into five parts:(1)Based on three-dimensional anthropometric technology and manual measurement methods,68 non-pregnant female college students aged 20-25 in East China were measured,and chest morphology data was collected for statistical analysis,finally divide the breast morphology into 27 categories.(2)Research on the sports bra market in East China found that the basic characteristics of women in the region,and the preferences of sports bra brands and styles,and analyze the factors that affect the comfort when wearing sports bras,then compare the chest,side,shoulder and back pressure comfort.(3)Through subjective and objective subjective pressure experiments on subjects with breast shapes of disc,cone,and ball wearing sports bras with high brand satisfaction on the market,it was found that the b1 and b3 points located in the vertical direction of the breast increase more than the pressure values at points b2 and b4 in the direction,and the pressure value around the breast is generally larger than the outer contour of the breast.Ball breasts match the cups of sports bras with the highest degree of comfort and comfort.The pressures of b,b1,b3,and L1,L2,and L3 of the outer contour of the breasts of the disc and conical breasts are the best.The design is unreasonable,large or small,and has low matching with the cup shape of sports bras.(4)The subjective and objective pressure comfort experiments of sports bras on the market have determined the pressure unreasonable parts for different breast shapes,combined with the tensile performance of the fabric to obtain an optimal design plan for sports bras,and according to the law of skin deformation in different parts,When making optimized sports bra finished products,choose 1 #(nylon 92% spandex 8%)fabric with small longitudinal elastic modulus and small elasticity in the cup area with greater longitudinal stretch,and choose fabric with better lateral stretch performance 2 #,a blended fabric of 87% nylon and 13% spandex.(5)The pressure comfort of the optimized sports bra was verified,and it was found that the pressure comfort of the sports bra designed for the three types of disc,cone and ball breasts has been correspondingly improved,showing better comfort.
