With the increasing depletion of coal,biomass pellet fuel got rapid development in recent years in our country,including the scale and production technology in many manufacturing enterprise.At the same time,the policy of encouraging the production of biomass has been at a top level.But,the biomass pellet fuel combustion equipment is still in the low level;especially in rural,the biomass pellet fuel is very rare.The biomass pellet combustion equipments which are in use always have low efficiency;and the working condition is not stable,and has low degree of automation.As a result,the research of biomass pellet combustion equipment can effectively solve the problem if it will be applied in rural.The method in the study of the subject can be stated as follows.First,the characteristics of biomass pellet fuel are studied through pyrolysis experiment,and according to the results of the study,the structure of pellet combustion equipment can be design.Secondly,the test study on ignition,pyrolysis,and gasification and combustion reaction,which is the working performance of the burner,can be taken.In the process of test,some problems,such as ignition difficulty,unstable in pyrolysis process and low efficiency,can be solved.At last,we can complete the combustion theory and method.After a series of test research,the results are as follows.First,the way of ignition is using hot air that is from electrical heating rod.There are two steps;one is the fuel being igniting in the end of feed pipe and anther is on the grate.In this phase,the purpose is chosen the best ignition that includes the suitable power of electrical heating rod,the right quantity of the fuel,the best place and preheating time of electrical heating rod,and the appropriate adjusting the frequency of the fan,etc.As a result,the ignition time will be short;the emission of smoke will be less,the ignition process will be stable and simple.Secondly,Pyrolysis experiments include three tests.The first is about agitation unit that can ensure continuous combustion.Next is about grate structure that can guarantee the pyrolysis temperature.The last is about quantity of primary air that can ensure efficiency of pyrolysis.After above experiment,pyrolysis will reach a climax.The efficiency of the pyrolysis of biomass is below the premise of gasification and fixed carbon efficient combustion.Thirdly,gasification combustion test take place under the grate.In this phase,adjusting the primary air and secondary air amount ensure that the fuels burn completely and combustor is in high temperature.According to the experiments,we can adjust the uncertain parts in combustion equipment,and eventually determine the structure of furnace.As a result,it will be confirmed that the working process and working principle is reasonable,and the working process is reliable.
