Dahuofang drinking water source is located in the northeast region and is one of the nine drinking water sources of China.Dahuofang drinking water source includes Xinbin county?Fushun county of Fushun city and Qingyuan county of Huanren city in Liaoning province.Now Dahuofang water is the drinking water source of seven cities in Liaoning Province.Through the analysis of water quality survey,The water quality of Dahuofang drinking water source described as follows:Dahuofang water source is a micro polluted water source,the annual permanganate index is about 3mg/L,the maximum is 6.4mg/L;ammonia nitrogen index below 0.15mg/L,the maximum is 0.34mg/L,which is meeting drinking water standards.In winter(withered water period),it's a typical low temperature and low turbidity water,the temperature is 2-6? and the turbidity is 0.7-4.8NTU.The turbidity is high in summer,which is superhigh in flood period,turbidity is 50NTU-hundreds of NTU generally,Short term turbidity more than one thousand NTU,closing to 2000NTU,which caused a great load for drinking water treatment.The main difficulty of water treatment is seasonal variation of water quality,and the seasonal drinking water quality of Dahuofang water source is extremely unfavorable to the normal operation of water treatment technology.Through the overview of low temperature and low turbidity water?high turbidity water and micro polluted water,having a comparison in technical and economic performances of various pre-treatment processes,conventional treatment processes and advanced treatment processes,which to take the most economical and effective solution from transition technology to optimizing process.According to the characteristics of water quality of Dahuofang water source and water qulity indicators of Standard for Quality of Drinking Water,recommending two kinds of water treatment process,respectively preoxidation and strengthening conventional process and preoxidation and membrane filtration process,and make a investment estimate for two engineering project.Scheme one water treatment process:Preoxidation adsorption(potassium permanganate and powdered activated carbon)—mechanical mixing—grid flocculation tank—inclined plate sedimentation tank—ultrafiltration membrane filtration—chlorine disinfection.The total investment of engineering is 141.3426 million yuan,in which the first part project investment is 106.6532 million yuan,the second part other expenses of the engineering construction is 22.0333million yuan,basic reserve funds is 11.5818 million yuan,working capital is 1.0743 million yuan.Scheme two water treatment process:preoxidation adsorption(potassium permanganate and powdered activated carbon)—mechanical mixing—grid flocculation tank—inclined plate sedimentation tank—V filter—chlorine disinfection.The total investment of engineering is 124.4018 million yuan,in which the first part project investment is 92.7381 million yuan,the second part other expenses of the engineering construction is 20.4467 million yuan,basic reserve funds is 10.1866 million yuan,working capital is 1.0340 million yuan.By comparing economic and technology of these two process schemes,recommending the scheme of membrane filtration as Dahuofang water source treatment.
