With the rapid development of the economy,the accelerating pace of people's lives,poor living habits,various aspects of life pressure and changes in people's living environment,the number of chronic cardiovascular disease groups has increased year by year,and it has begun to appear younger.According to a World Health Organization survey on human health,48% of deaths caused by diseases are caused by cardiovascular diseases.Today,traditional medical equipment and technologies are far from satisfying people's health needs.Due to the lack of real-time detection methods and lack of adequate knowledge of related diseases,many patients with cardiovascular diseases have missed the best treatment time.In view of the current need for long-term treatment of cardiovascular diseases and the need for long-term monitoring of human physiological parameters,this project is based on the Android platform to design a mobile device that can continuously monitor physiological data such as pulse,ECG,and blood pressure.The portable physiological parameter monitoring system provides mobile,instant,and portable physiological parameter monitoring methods for large groups in a low-cost,high-efficiency manner.This article describes the design of the monitoring system from four aspects.First,hardware acquisition system is designed based on the characteristics of the ECG signal and the pulse wave signal and its generation principle.Through the comparison and analysis of the three kinds of wireless communication technologies,the Bluetooth wireless communication technology is selected as the data transmission method of the hardware system.Secondly,the collected physiological data and the Gaussian filter are convoluted to achieve the purpose of temporal filtering.The feature points of the ECG signal and the pulse wave signal were extracted to obtain the pulse conduction time(PWTT).The mathematical model of systolic blood pressure,diastolic pressure and PWTT was established.By comparing with the data measured by medical instruments,the feasibility of the continuous blood pressure calculation model was verified.Thirdly,the demand of physiological parameter monitoring system was analyzed.Using the Android development platform eclipse,the mobile terminal APP application program was developed.The user information management,Bluetooth communication,real-time data display,data storage,positioning navigation,emergency assistance,etc.were realized respectively.Again,the needs of the physiological parameter monitoring system were analyzed.Using the Android development platform eclipse,a mobile terminal APP application was developed.User information management,Bluetooth communication,real-time data display,data storage,positioning navigation,emergency help and other functions were realized.Finally,the APP application is installed and run on different versions of the Android system and mobile phones produced by different mobile phone manufacturers.It collects hardware acquisition systems to test the feasibility,stability,and compatibility of the monitoring system.
