Under the background of increasing pressure on energy,with the continuous expansion of the building area and people's requirements for the comfort of the living environment,building energy consumption has become increasingly prominent.The application of new energy and home intelligence is one of the most effective ways to solve the problem of building energy consumption.The use of solar photovoltaic building integration technology and smart home technology to create a networked,intelligent zero-energy cabin control system is the next research hotspot.This article combines the photovoltaic power generation system and the cabin's intelligent control system,and designs a remote intelligent monitoring system,and realizes the balance of the photovoltaic power generation amount and the system energy consumption in the Xuhui zero energy demonstration unit.This paper first elaborates the technology development of photovoltaic grid-connected,designs a set of photovoltaic micro-grid based on the building's shape combining the meteorological and geographical data of Beijing,and completes energy balance analysis.Then the hardware of the control system was designed,including the central energy-saving control part and room intelligent control part and the OPTO 22 part.It is carried out detailed design of the underlying data acquisition module,energy consumption monitoring module,air-conditioning and other controlled modules.The system's main controller PLC and PAC controller are described and analyzed.By designing the i-Bus bus and Ethernet and RS485 bus based on Modbus protocol,a communication network was established for the system;What's more,through the design of the solar heating module,energy saving of the air conditioner is achieved.Through the software design of the system's PLC and PAC controller,the control of the photovoltaic microgrid,indoor environment comfort and home equipment is controled;not only the indoor thermostatic control is completed through the PID algorithm,but also the implementation and data analysis are displayed.It can achieve remote monitoring through the Groov server and the touch screen.In the end,this paper describes and analyzes the debugging and operation of the system.Through the touch screen,mobile phone and computer,all the control and display functions of the system are tested.The data of the project is analyzed,as well as the energy saving of the system and the energy balance statistics is verified.
