The cold filling material has the characteristics of safety and environmental protection.It is one of the main research directions of road materials nowadays.The properties of modified emulsified asphalt play an important role in the performance of cold fill materials.In this paper,a homemade epoxy emulsifier is used to prepare the effluent epoxy resin.A water-borne epoxy system is made up of a polyamine curing agent with fast curing speed and safe and non-toxic.The related properties of waterborne epoxy system and its modified emulsified bitumen are analyzed.The design and performance study of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture.The relative asphalt and its mixture indexes of waterborne epoxy +SBR composite modified emulsified asphalt were compared and analyzed.First,the epoxy emulsifier was prepared and the waterborne epoxy resin was prepared.In view of the actual use conditions of emulsified bitumen and the demand for road pavement,a multi amine curing agent is selected to be used in combination with self-made waterborne epoxy resin.The amount of curing agent is obtained by theoretical calculation.The effect of temperature on the curing of waterborne epoxy system was studied.Secondly,according to the characteristics of waterborne epoxy,the preparation method of low temperature evaporation residue is recommended.The ductility,penetration,softening point and brucell viscosity of the evaporative residue with different waterborne epoxy content were analyzed.Microscopic morphology of waterborne epoxy emulsified bitumen by fluorescence microscopy.The rheological properties of matrix emulsified bitumen and 3%SBR emulsified asphalt evaporated residue under the dosage of 10%,15% and 20% waterborne epoxy systems were analyzed by temperature scanning and frequency scanning.It is compared with the matrix 70# bitumen,the starting effect of the water based epoxy system was determined.Thirdly,in view of the characteristics of the water based epoxy system,the design method of the mixture is modified.The influence of temperature,gradation,cement,storage time,water epoxy system ratio and SBR composite modification on the strength of the mixture was analyzed.The strength of Marshall test in this paper is compared with other similar studies.Finally,the water stability,high temperature stability and low temperature cracking resistance of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture were studied,and the improvement measures for low temperature performance of epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture were put forward.
