Turpan Basin is rich in wind energy resources,has many winds,and lasts for a long time.The maximum number of days for gusts over 6 can reach 127 days a year.The advantages brought by these natural environments are to provide wind turbine production bases in Turpan.With convenient conditions,Turpan has become a large-scale wind power development base in Xinjiang and even China.There are plenty of sunshine in Turpan and solar energy is also abundant.Here,the air is dry,the atmosphere is transparent,the clouds are less shaded,the sunshine is sufficient,and the heat is abundant.The time is as long as 5 months and the temperature is above 40°C.Following the east wind of national policies,after the work conference in Xinjiang in 2010,new energy construction in Turpan has developed rapidly in recent years.By the end of 2017,Turpan's installed capacity of new energy was 2689.5 MW,and its installed capacity accounted for 62% of total Turpan.The wind power capacity is 1729.5 MW,the installed capacity accounts for 39.87% of the total;the photovoltaic capacity is 960 MW,and the installed capacity accounts for a total of 22.13%.Most of the photovoltaic and wind power in Turpan is located at the end of the power grid,and it is a relatively weak power grid.Wind power and photovoltaic are affected by climate,and the load output has large,high-frequency random fluctuations.After the grid-connected power grid operating characteristics will change,and with the increase of wind and light grid capacity,it will bring about the safe and stable operation of the power grid.The risks will gradually become more prominent and have an adverse effect on the system voltage.In 2016,the State Grid Corporation launched a line loss system over the same period,which will take energy conservation and loss reduction as an important task for a period of time in the future.Large-scale access to new energy has changed the trend and size of the Turpan power grid,which in turn has caused grid losses.Changes have taken place.Therefore,after large-scale centralized wind power PV grids are connected,it is of great significance to further study the effects of large-scale new energy grid-connections on grid losses and control measures.In this paper,the following research will be carried out in conjunction with the problems existing in the case of the large-scale access of new energy to Turpan Power Grid:(1)Analysis of the influence of power flow,voltage,and wind power and photovoltaic power station access to grid voltage in Turpan.The impact of photovoltaic power plant output on the grid voltage is affected by the influence of a single change in wind power and photovoltaic power plant power supply voltage on the grid voltage and the constant output of wind power in the grid.(2)After studying the optimal operation mode of the main transformer and the impact of new energy sources on the network loss after grid-connected,the calculation of the main transformer with different parameters is performed to find the optimal operation mode of the main transformer to reduce the main transformer losses.Select a representative new power plant station in the Turpan Power Grid,analyze the impact of wind power and photovoltaic output on the network loss,and find the new energy output control point with the smallest loss of the network.And after the AVC of the new energy plant station realized closed-loop operation,research on the network loss of the Turpan power grid.
