In recent years,due to the adjustment of national energy policy and environmental standards continue to improve,each city is required to remove a small boiler decentralized heating,for central heating in the city,and the city development,the city has a large heating market,in addition,the national"big pressure"policy,and some small power plant the unit is the old plants only served as a peaking power grid,power plant faced with high cost,low profit operation mode,the power plant without heating transformation,improve the power plant heating capacity,will be a huge loss of heating efficiency.Baotou first thermal power plant due to the decline in unit operation efficiency,power plant heating costs increased,in order to improve the heating efficiency,power plant plans to reconstruct the heating system,hope that through taking some measures to use the unit part of the waste heat of exhaust steam heating,improve the economic efficiency of the heating unit.In the heating transformation,the#8 unit shall be reformed by the back pressure machine,and the steam turbine will be used to heat the exhaust steam.The body after the transformation of a steam turbine,by replacing the low-pressure rotor unit according to pressure,condensing two kinds of operating conditions;the heating period of back pressure operation,high pressure cylinder exhaust all for central heating,improve unit heating capacity;non heating period recovery condensing operation,ensure the power consumption low.After the completion of the heating transformation,the#8 unit needs to replace two low-pressure rotors every year.The heating period#8 unit is operated by back press method,and the exhaust of the high-pressure cylinder is all used in the heating network heater for heatingThe project after the transformation,the heating period to the city total heating capacity:253×104GJ;in addition,the use of back pressure turbine power plant heating a total annual savings of 8.2×104t of standard coal to reduce emissions of CO2:20.8×104t,0.246×104t to reduce SO2 emissions,reduce emissions of NOx 0.12×104t,0.0195×104t to reduce soot emissions,ash emission reduction of 5.4×104t.And can receive a one-time energy-saving incentive funds:8.2×104×300=2460×104 yuan.
