Research On Key Technology Of Diatom Composite Modified Asphalt Mixture

Diatom is a kind of fossil non-metallic ore,it mainly composed of the remains of diatoms and soft mud.Diatoms is a microporous structure with special physical and chemical propertie,Its body size is one micron to tens of microns.This microporous structure can absorb the oil content in asphalt and improve the content of asphalt,thus improving the performance of asphalt mixture.Our country is the second largest producer of diatom.If the diatom can be used well in highway construction,it is of great significance to make full use of resources and improve the performance of asphalt mixture.In addition,diatoms are more economical than other modifiers.Many studies at home and abroad have shown that high-temperature stability and other properties of asphalt mixtures with a certain amount of diatoms will be improved.However,the road performance of diatom asphalt mixture is limited,and its dynamic stability can hardly exceed 4000 times /mm.Therefore,it is necessary to fully exploit the potential performance value of diatoms in the modification of asphalt mixture.Based on the incorporation of diatoms,rock asphalt dynamic stability of asphalt mixture,water stability,evaluation methodology,ageing property,fatigue performance and so on road use performance research,comparative analysis of diatom compound rock asphalt road performance of asphalt mixture.The ratio of diatoms to rubber resin was studied by the three indicators of asphalt and the rotation viscosity of bush.Based on the properties of the modified asphalt mixture modified by diatom rubber resin,the optimum content of this modifier was analyzed.The composition of the properties of the diatom composite modifier was analyzed from microcosmic Angle.In addition,the performance of the modified asphalt mixture was verified by the project.Research diatom rubber modifier ratio of each component in the resin,modifier granulation method,get the diatom rubber resin modified asphalt mixture in the best dosage of modifier,diatom rubber resin modified good road use performance of asphalt mixture,and economically feasible.
