The permanent magnet brushless motor with fractional slot concentrating windings has a good application prospect because of its outstanding advantages,but there are more harmonics in the magnetic EMF of the winding.The design of star-delta connection in motor winding has good low harmonic effect,and it is very important to control the motor properly.In this paper,a low harmonic permanent magnet brushless motor with a 12/10 pole star-delta connection with a fractional slot is used as the control object.Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the motor,the analysis and research of the motor vector control strategy are carried out first,and then further research was conducted to propose a one-phase open-circuit fault-tolerant and two-phase open-circuit fault-tolerant control strategy applicable to this star-delta connection low harmonic permanent magnet brushless motor,the motor can still maintain low harmonic effect after fault tolerance.Simulation and final experimental results also verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects.1.The structure characteristics and static characteristics sand low harmonic operation principle of 12/10 pole star-delta connected permanent magnet brushless motor are analyzed.A mathematical model of motor in fixed rotor coordinate system is built.2.The normal vector control strategy of motor is studied,and the fault tolerant control strategy of the motor is put forward,then the joint simulation model is carried out,and the correctness of the control strategy is verified.3.An experimental platform based was built on DSP and chose the CPLD as an auxiliary controller.The hardware driver circuit is designed,and the corresponding software program is compiled,which lays the foundation for further experimental verification of control strategy.4.The corresponding experiments were carried out on the experimental platform to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy.
