The progress of human society cannot leave the energy,the energy consumption in our country still is given priority to with coal.And as the northern city of heating enterprises,in the majority with cogeneration mode,the traditional coal-fired boiler still became the coal consumption,it is inevitable problems of air pollution.In recent years,along with the increase of people's living standard,environment pollution is serious,under the new form of environmental requirements,how to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions in the atmosphere becomes coal-fired boiler is the most concerned topics at present.This article through to analysis the current development of denitration technology at home and abroad,sums up the denitration technology of using a mature at home and abroad.After scientific research,find there are many methods and their advantagesand disadvantages,practical performance in accordance with the actual conditions of thermal power enterprises,comparative feasible degree,economy,all kinds of process technology,absorbent,secondary pollution,denitration rate and retrofit content,etc.,with three in north suburb of jinan city factory of wuhan boiler factory design and manufacture of a single drum,natural circulation times high voltage solid state slag pulverized coal furnace as research object,based on a tough environmental protection requirements,to find a suitable for northern suburbs of jinan thermoelectric plant 3 *130 t/h pulverized coal furnace denitration technology,in cooperation under the premise of the existing flue gas denitration technology,low nitrogen combustion technology retrofit scheme is put forward.Low nitrogen combustion technology transformation in the application of large domestic furnace group is relatively advanced,technology is mature,but in the reform of the small and medium sized furnace group with less success.This article through to the northern suburbs of jinan power plant 3 * 130 t/h pulverized coal furnace,analysis of the current situation of choice to establish the mathematical model,three kinds of low nitrogen combustion picked out three kinds of contrast solution: the first ROFA;The second LNB + SOFA;The third LNB + SOFA + deflection secondary air.Each solution of nitrogen ability should be based on principles of small change boiler combustioncondition,the influence on boiler combustion stability and operation safety.Low nitrogen combustion technology on the one hand,to ensure that the nitrogen ability,on the other hand more requires supplementary safety measures,or in the implementation,on the basis of the above purpose,improve thermal efficiency of boiler is the best.Based on the above requirements,after analysis,and selected the optimum LNB + SOFA +deflection secondary air for the final solution.By deflection of pulverized coal boiler LNB + SOFA + secondary air technology retrofit scheme demonstration,the cold test and hot commissioning of data,and the actual operating condition was analyzed.Reference at the same time the shandong electric power research institute of low nitrogen combustion boiler performance test report after technical transformation,it is concluded that north factory 3 * 130 t/h pulverized coal boiler of low nitrogen combustion technology transformation in boiler combustion stability,safe operation and denitrification efficiency have a significant economic,environmental and social benefits,and the future promotion of small and medium sized furnace set of energy conservation and emissions reduction technology is put forward the value of reference.
