Research On Concept Design Of Space Capsule Base On Space Elevator

Since entering the new century,along with our country for the first time since the launch of manned spaceship successfully,China's space industry booming,no more than 10 years,the dream of exploring outer space of the Chinese people in thousands of years has come true.But currently existing manned spacecraft is faced with crisis launch costs,cycle length,and the capsule volume smaller,as astronauts in the space of work and life place,hold besides contains water,food and life device,also contains a variety of scientific equipment and instruments,are contained in the consumable material limit,do not have the ability to resupply,cannot repeat use of objective factors,such as difficulties hindering the development of the space industry.In many human about the idea of the outer space,the performance of the normalization of space travel is the main basis,while the existing fuel emission provides stable sustainable space transportation,to study a new kind of low cost mode of transportation has become an inevitable choice for future aerospace.This topic is based on the ministry of education "explorations joint research center",in chongqing university,tsinghua university,southeast university,sichuan fine arts institute and Shanghai 8th aerospace institute units in colleges and universities cooperation concept of elevator research projects,mainly in view of the capsule for conceptual design based on the elevator,and from two aspects: the external shape and internal structure for unified concept design research.By discussing the climbing mode of the space elevator,this project will carry out the design of the space module based on the elevator system of "shoe drive".To borrow in the design of outer shape the history of the ancient silk road sign,put forward the concept of "silk road" heaven,elevator giving space to the meaning of a new era of with Chinese characteristics,and from "silk" extended to "cocoon",using "cocoon" aesthetic characteristics,deduces the capsule external overall modelling,from the Angle of the function of aesthetic study of its modelling design discussed and optimized.Inside the capsule design,also an innovative people starting point,and from the ergonomics,psychology and design,and other areas of the interdisciplinary research,and satisfy the basic function module of the implementation of the cases,the crew and passengers to live and work efficiency maximization of ascension,and on this basis,the study to explore the possibility of future space vehicles.This article through to the capsule shape and internal structure of a series of design research,finally formed a set of creative value and feasibility of the significance of module design,and the capsule as a special kind of fully enclosed traffic tools,to meet the stable operation under various extreme conditions and different coping styles of design,not only is aviation spacecraft is designed to provide some reference for the future.
