The transfer of agricultural products without quality loss to consumer has become one of the hot spots in the process of storage and transportation.At the same time,with the rapid development of the agricultural cold chain logistics industry,the refrigerated trucks have become the main refrigerated equipment for land transportation.Therefore,the whole process of temperature and humidity control in the refrigerated carriage is very important for the preservation of agricultural products.Along with the vast use of refrigerated vehicles and the distribution characteristics of cold air in refrigerated compartment,the problems of reasonable regulation of refrigerated temperature and air wind speed,guarantee the cooling uniformity of the goods and decrease the energy consumpation need to be addressed.In this paper,comptuational numerical simulation(CFD)is used to simulate the change of environmental flow in refrigerated vehicles under different conditions.In order to provide a certain reference for the optimal design of refrigerated vehicles,detailed research of the heat transfer process in compartments of different environments was studied,and the main research is as follows:(1)For the body of different auxiliary ventilation structures(side ventilators,guide rail),using CFD numerical simulation of the actual refrigerating transportation with the condition of different auxiliary ventilation structure to analysis the effect on the distribution of air in the carriage,cooling uniformity and cooling time of goods and other aspects,to determine the best structure of auxiliary ventilation installation plan with different transportation conditions.(2)Based on the unloading process of the refrigerated truck,to analyzing the influence of open doors on the internal environment of the carriage by taking an empty carriage as the research object.With the same opening time,the evaluation indexes such as temperature uniformity,air permeability and heat flow are calculated,and the advantages and disadvantages of open doors are compared.(3)Use CFD to simulate 4 hours of refrigerated transportation.The cooling uniformity,temperature change and energy consumption under different refrigeration temperatures(0?-5?)are analyzed with the wind speed of 5m/s,and based on the iterative dynamic programming algorithm,the optimal cooling temperature combination method is determined,and achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.
