This paper proposed a new cascade type magnetic integrated switch inductance dc converter.This is a kind of high gain Boost converter for solar power generation.In view of the traditional Boost circuit voltage gain limited and the transformer leakage inductance of the booster circuit having problem,put forward a kind of novel high gain single switch converter without transformer.And introduces lifting unit n voltage Boost topology,last improves the voltage gain and reduces the switch tube,the diode voltage stress.At the same time,adding small inductance voltage lifting unit,in does not affect the efficiency of the cases,limit the switch tube opening moments of peak current.And on this basis,in order to use less voltage lifting unit,raise the voltage gain,and reduce the current ripple,quoting the double switch inductance,and inductive magnetic integration,not only retain the original characteristics of cascade type converter,but also with the least amount of original increases the greater voltage gain,current ripple is smaller.A small voltage input and the higher requirements of occasions with high voltage application,in the simulation and experiment,the input voltage is 6v and output voltage is 120 v.In Japan,the United States or Europe's domestic load is 110 v.Considering the process of distribution line loss,line voltage is 121 v or 116 v.A small voltage of photovoltaic power generation transforming to the domestic load has a high application value.This paper analyzes the switch inductance cascade converter in a let off cycle under different modal Boost work condition of the converter in detail,deducing expression of different voltage gain,and deriving the temporary stabilization inductance transducer.The study of temporary stabilization inductance derived class transformer coupling inductance coupling design range.In view of the different working state of the converter,the practical application conditions analyzed,the small signal dynamic model is given,and the corresponding controller is designed to improve the performance of the system.Finally,the simulation and experiments are carried out to verify the analysis.The output voltage of the converter is high,and the input current ripple is small,and the voltage current of the switch tube is low,last the inductance current is in continuous mode.
