Traffic Accident Handling Research In Chongqing Expressway

In order to reduce the property losses caused by serious traffic accidents and improve the survival rate of the seriously injured,this paper puts forward a set of plans for dealing with serious traffic accidents at Chongqing Expressway,aiming at improving the efficiency of dealing with accidents,and combines with dealing with serious traffic accidents on an Expressway in Chongqing.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the reproduction process.In order to improve the scheme,the following work has been carried out:(1)Looking up the current situation of traffic accident disposal at home and abroad,combing the deficiencies of domestic traffic accident disposal programs,combining with the crisis life cycle theory,summarizes the possible causes of the occurrence and deterioration of domestic traffic accidents.(2)To analyze the difficulties in the process of emergency rescue,on-site investigation,on-site guidance,post-treatment and evidence combing of traffic accidents.(3)According to the advantages of flow-based management,accident disposal plans are divided into four parts: on-site management and control,on-site rescue,post-treatment and technical reappearance analysis plans.Among them,reappearance analysis plans can be subdivided into on-site investigation and cause analysis according to the content of treatment.(4)Combining the characteristics of serious and extraordinarily serious traffic accidents,it provides process guidance for accident scene treatment by providing on-site management and control plan,on-site rescue plan,post-treatment plan,on-site investigation plan,cause analysis plan and construction.(5)Following the disposal process of a high-speed and serious traffic accident in Chongqing,and collecting all relevant information,the accident is reappeared and analyzed.(6)Using traffic accident simulation software to verify the results of accident reconstruction analysis.(7)On the basis of accident recurrence,additional analysis is made on other possibilities of accident scene to provide corresponding evidence for liability determination.Accident disposal is progressing smoothly,and it effectively improves the efficiency of site disposal and avoids conflicts between family members.The results of accident reappearance analysis are consistent with the simulation results,and can accurately reflect the situation of the event discovery site.
