China's current energy consumption is huge,which ranked second in the world after the United States.While energy consumption on the building accounted for about 30% of the total amount.Therefore,China is facing a severe problem on building energy saving.Most of the researches on building energy-saving design are about the energy saving of large public buildings,ignoring that of small buildings.In this paper,the small residential buildings and small office buildings in cold regions(Tianjin area)are taken as the research object.The simulation of building energy consumption is the sensitivity analysis of different passive parameters based on field investigation and data collation.This paper aimed to give energy-saving optimization recommendations of small building to the architects.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Investigation and analysis of the status quo of small residential and office buildings in cold areasSort out the status quo of small residential buildings and office buildings in the cold areas,by the field research and construction drawings collection.Then sum up the common characteristics of small buildings in space volume,body orientation,functional layout,to conclude the energy-saving strategy.(2)Quantitative research on energy consumption and the material parametersAccording to the classification,the parameters of building energy consumption based on the material properties of the building envelope are defined as the material parameters,including the heat transfer coefficient of the building wall,the heat transfer coefficient of the roof,the heat transfer coefficient of the outer window,the SHGC value and other parameters.Through the sensitivity analysis,to explore the quantitative relationship of each parameter and building energy consumption.Then sum up the mathematical model to predict.(3)Quantitative research on energy consumption and the technical parametersIn the same way,the parameters that influence the building energy consumption based on the change of the building space are defined as the technical parameters,including the building orientation,the space dimension,the facade window ratio,the building shade form and so on.Aiming at the actual research status and related specification suggestions and requirements,the change threshold and step size of the parameters are determined,the quantitative relationship between the energy consumption and the energy consumption in the threshold is studied,and the correlation mathematical model is summarized.(4)Summarize the spatial design and optimization method based on the energy-saving contribution rateThrough the above analysis,we can get the quantitative relationship between the different material parameters and the technical parameters on the energy consumption of the building.Then sum up the influence on building energy consumption of the building parameters based on the energy-saving contribution rate.Finally,to summarize the spatial design and optimization method based on the energy-saving contribution rate...
