With the establishment of Kunlun Station and Taishan Station,the Chinese polar expeditionary cause gradually entered the fast lane of rapid development.With the vigorous development of the polar expedition undertaking,China has also achieved a major breakthrough in the field of polar scientific expedition support platforms.The energy supply system is the core of the polar expedition support platform.It is responsible for providing power supply for the entire scientific research station.The stability of the energy supply system is the prerequisite for the stable and reliable operation of the entire scientific support platform.This thesis has optimized the design of the Antarctic expedition support platform generator system of the project team.The main tasks include:1.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the lubricating oil circulation circuit of the generator system,a scheme based on the dielectric constant to judge the state of the lubricating oil was introduced and a set of lubricant lubricating oil constants and lubricants was designed.Liquid level two functions and integrated capacitive sensor,and designed the corresponding detection and processing module for the sensor.At the same time,in order to achieve the automatic replacement of lubricating oil,the diesel generator was modified in hardware.The optimized solution can solve the problem of insufficient lubricant in the existing lubricant circulation circuit after working for a period of time.2.Analyze the problems existing in the operation of the generator set,and put forward a reform plan to improve the cold start performance of the diesel generator through the methods of fuel preheating,lubrication oil and air inlet preheating.At the same time,a set of scheduling schemes based on circular queues was designed for six generators to ensure that generators do not experience difficulties in starting due to prolonged stagnation.3.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the energy storage module of the existing generator system,an optimization scheme using a bidirectional DC/DC converter as the interface between the battery and the high voltage bus is proposed.At the same time,a bidirectional DC/DC is designed based on the charge and discharge characteristics of the battery.The DC converter control strategy gives a specific control scheme.The optimized scheme can well stabilize the bus voltage and improve the stability of the generator system.Finally,a detailed test plan was developed.The test results showed that the optimized generator system can provide a stable and reliable energy supply for the entire support platform.
