The Research Of Elevator Remote Monitoring System Based On Internet Technology

Remote monitoring means to realize long-distance monitoring of elevators in different locations by Otis Server(OTIS LINE)in elevator maintenance center with communication line.The elevator's status and running condition of the networked elevators can be controlled and recorded to analyze the cause of failure.So the remote operations like failure diagnoses&remote parameter settings can be applied to the elevator control system.The elevator remote monitoring system in this thesis is mainly focused on the transmission of data,sound and image by internet.The system is composed of five parts:the on-site supervision devices inside the elevator,the elevator remote control center in Otis headquarter,the elevator control center in the branch company or the customer and 96333 supervision system of Hangzhou technical supervisory office.The system can provide supports for the service and maintenance market and can replace AES,REM-X.The escalator and overseas market are also compatible.The following are the main contents of this thesis:Firstly,the domestic and overseas elevator remote control condition are analyzed.Through comparing advantages and disadvantages of different solutions,we come up with the idea to develop a new remote control system to satisfy the market demand.So the research content and orientation are proposed.The remote control system in this thesis will mainly meet the requirements of Hangzhou municipal government laws and regulations.The running data,audio and video signals in the lift car will be provided to the elevator maintenance center and third party supervision center to realize the remote control function in the related area.Secondly,the mechanical device and control system structure of the elevator are presented.The failure detection requirement,the supervision content and the function requirement are stated.Different functions are corresponded to different modules,and the signals will be transmitted to the terminal intelligently by specific module to realize the remote control of the elevatorThirdly,the hardware and software design of elevator remote control system based on Internet are introduced,which includes the selection requirement of the electrical components,system functional configuration and safety performance.The temperature and humid of the system,the system failure rate,reliability and the wiring allocation according to the enterprise standard have been considered.Lastly,it is the installation and test of the whole remote control system.The testing result shows that 3G remote control is reliable and workable.
