The project takes the water quality of Dongying Hekou Water Plant as the research object,and summarizes the water quality characteristics of the raw water of the water plant,the Guhe Reservoir of the Yellow River downstream of the Yellow River,and analyzes the operation results of the estuary water plant in each section of the Hekou Water Plant.And the problems that are currently faced.According to the actual operation of the west process flap filter of Hekou Water Plant and the research theory of activated carbon/quartz sand double filter media at home and abroad,a series of tests were carried out using a pilot plant located on the south side of the water plant west process sedimentation tank.To explore the optimal parameters of the carbon sand filter for the water quality characteristics of the estuary water plant under different working conditions,by comparing the activated carbon/quartz sand double-layer filter material,anthracite/quartz sand double-layer filter material,single-layer quartz sand filter material pilot test The effluent water quality,analysis of the filtration performance of different filter materials,combined with the test results to analyze the filtration mechanism and advantages and disadvantages of the carbon sand filter,to provide technical support for the practical application of carbon sand filter.The research mainly includes three aspects:?1?water quality analysis of Guhe Reservoir over the years and actual operation evaluation of Hekou water plant;?2?optimization of parameters of activated carbon/quartz sand double-layer filter media;?3?for estuarine water plant Study on the filtration performance of different filter materials for water quality.Through the compilation and summary of the water quality monitoring data of Guhe Reservoir provided by Dongying Shengli Oilfield Water Supply Branch in 20132017,five key indicators such as pH,dissolved oxygen,turbidity,CODMn,ammonia nitrogen and total algae were selected to analyze and analyze the lone.The water quality of the river reservoir has clarified the characteristics of high algae and high organic water quality in the river.The existing process combination of the Hekou Water Plant is“multi-channel folding plate?grid?reaction cell—inclined tube sedimentation tank—flip plate?V-type?filter tank”,and the water quality detection of each process is found through on-site field test.Although the indicators can all meet the sanitary standards of drinking water,the treatment stability is poor,and it is susceptible to external factors.The effluent quality of the waterworks is highly volatile.Considering that the current process of the water plant has limited capacity in dealing with high algae and high organic water bodies,combined with the previous research on the double-layer filter material filtration technology,it is recommended to upgrade the existing filter tank of the water plant.According to the research on the treatment technology of activated carbon/quartz sand double-layer filter material,it is found that its ability to remove organic pollutants is stable and the cost of transformation is low.It is planned to replace the water plant's original single-layer sand filter tank with carbon sand filter to improve the water output.Water quality.The pilot plant on the south side of the West Process Sedimentation Tank of the Water Plant was used for the test.The effluent from the West Process Sedimentation Tank was used as the pilot test influent.The effluent turbidity,ammonia nitrogen,CODMn,TOC,and the filter column were compared under different filtration rates and filter layer thicknesses.UV254,chlorophyll a,total number of algae and filtration cycle were used to study the optimal operating parameters of activated carbon/quartz sand double-layer filter.The experiment found that:?1?2#filter column?900/300?and 3#filter column?1000/200?have good removal efficiency for turbidity at 8m/h,and the removal rates are 94.56%and 94.59%respectively;?2?3#The filter column?1000/200?has the best removal efficiency for ammonia nitrogen at 8m/h,and the removal rate is 73.08%;?3?In terms of organic matter removal,the 1#filter column?800/400?is filtered at 10m/h and 3#.The column?1000/200?has the best removal efficiency for CODMnn at 8m/h,the removal rates are46.26%and 46.81%,respectively.The removal effect of 3C filter column?1000/200?on TOC and UV25454 at 8m/h Preferably,the removal rate is 45.08%and 70.89%;?4?the charcoal filtration has a good removal ability for the total number of chlorophyll a and algae,and the removal rate of the 3#filter column?1000/200?at 8m/h is 91.53%,respectively.91.14%.Based on the comprehensive test results and filtration principle,the filtration performance of the 3#filter column at the filtration rate of 8m/h is the best for the water quality of the estuary water plant.In the research on the filtration performance of different filter materials for the water quality of the estuary water plant,three kinds of different filter materials,activated carbon/quartz sand double-layer filter material,anthracite/quartz sand double-layer filter material and single-layer sand filter material,were loaded into the pilot plant.At the same time,the filtered water was tested for pH,turbidity,CODMn,ammonia nitrogen,chlorophyll a,total algae and other indicators.The interception ability of the three filter materials was compared to study the filtration mechanism of the charcoal filter.The test results show that:?1?the effluent pH of carbon sand and coal sand is slightly lower than that of single layer sand;?2?the three filter materials can achieve good removal effect on turbidity,and the removal rates of carbon sand,coal sand and single layer sand are 94.69 respectively.%,92.23%,86.14%;?3?the removal effect of carbon sand on CODMnn is obviously better than that of coal sand and single layer sand.The effluent CODMnn concentration is 2.31mg/L,the removal rate is 49.50%,and the carbon sand filter material is used for CODMnn removal.The effect is more stable;?4?the three filter materials have different ammonia nitrogen removal performance,the best removal rate of carbon sand is 71.26%,and the removal rates of coal sand and single layer sand are 61.32%and 40.01%respectively;?5?both charcoal and coal sand show For the better removal effect of algae,the removal rate can reach about 90%,and the single layer sand has a general ability to remove algae,and the removal rate is about 65%.Carbon sand filter material and coal sand filter material are superior to single-layer sand filter material in decontamination and stability.The reason is that single-layer sand filter mainly relies on filter material particle retention to remove pollutants in water,carbon sand and coal sand filter material.Due to the large specific surface area inside the particles,physical adsorption and biodegradation are the main ways to remove contaminants,so the removal efficiency is higher and the effect is stable.
