With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for building comfort have gradually increased.More and more new buildings have been built,and the proportion of building energy consumption to total social energy consumption has also increased year by year.In building energy consumption,the energy consumption per square meter of public buildings is about 3-8 times that of residential buildings,and more than 95% of public buildings in China are high-energy buildings,which have great energy-saving potential,and hotel buildings are high-energy in public buildings.In recent years,it has received the attention of the party and the government.It has introduced quota standards for hotel buildings,formulated corresponding energy consumption limits,and promoted energy conservation and emission reduction.The author is in the domestic "passive ultra-low energy green building technical guidelines(trial)(residential building)" and Shandong Province's "passive ultra-low energy residential building energy-saving design standards","hotel hotel building energy consumption limit standards" and other related standards On the basis of standardization of study and research,the relevant standards of “passive houses” in developed countries such as Europe and the United States have been studied.Furthermore,the authors have conducted training centers for Shandong Urban Construction Vocational College,Shandong University of Architecture Teaching Comprehensive Experimental Building,and Shandong Zhongke Blue Sky.The office building,the Weihai Municipal Party School's new teaching building and other passive demonstration projects in the province carried out on-site inspections,summed up the relevant design parameters such as enclosure structure,indoor temperature and humidity,and analyzed the operational data of annual heating and cooling energy consumption;The influence of factors such as the climate characteristics of Shandong Province and people's living habits on the heating and cooling energy consumption of hotel buildings in Shandong Province,using theoretical and practical comparisons and simulation comparison methods,according to scientific and rational logical reasoning,to Shandong The energy consumption of heating and cooling in ultra-low energy hotels has been studied.Taking a hotel building in Jinan as an example,the author uses DeST-C software to establish a reference building model and a passive ultra-low energy building model according to the actual building conditions.Refer to the building model according to the "Public Building Energy Efficiency Design Standards"(GB50189-2015)for the parameters of the envelope structure,personnel,equipment and other parameters to be set,through the construction of the reference building for 8760 hours of the year,and will The simulation results of building energy consumption were compared with the actual building heating and cooling data.The energy consumption value of building heating and cooling in ultra-low-energy hotels in Shandong Province is based on the annual heating and cooling simulation data of the building model,with reference to the industry-recognized relative energy saving rate(based on the “Public Building Energy Efficiency Design Standard” GB50189-2015 Energy savings of 60%),resulting in heating and cooling energy consumption values for ultra-low energy hotel buildings.On the basis of the reference building model,the parameters of the envelope structure,personnel,lighting,equipment,etc.are modified according to the requirements of the passive building,and the building energy consumption simulation of 8760 hours is carried out throughout the year,and the simulation results of building energy consumption and ultra-low energy are The heating and cooling energy consumption values of the hotel buildings were compared,and the feasibility was analyzed to determine the heating and cooling energy consumption value.Based on the research on the heating and cooling energy consumption of ultra-lowenergy hotel buildings,the author puts forward an evaluation index system suitable for the heating and cooling energy consumption of ultra-low-energy hotels in Shandong.The establishment of the building index system of ultra-low-energy hotels in Shandong will accelerate Shandong.The development of passive buildings in the region will help the construction of ecological civilization.
