The First Phase Assessmen Of The Beijng NanHaizi Country Park Planning And Construction And Operation Management

In the 30 years of reform and opening-up,the rapid pace of development of China's city,has made outstanding achievements.But also it has been showing a big building density,traffic density,a shortage of land,high population density,lacking in green space,ecological imbalance and environmental,social and urban issues.Country Parks have gradually played an important role in solving the problem mentioned above.It has positive effects on relieving the pressure of shortage in urban green space,protecting the weak ecological environment of the suburbs,forming the peripheral urban green battier and limiting urban sprawl.Under this circumstance,in 2007,Beijing launched the "country park ring" construction,which played in the overall urban planning.As an important node of the Beijing Country park ring,Nanhaizi is the first major ecological project in South Beijing Green Plan,it's planning ideas,designing and operations management is also representative in Beijing"country park ring".This paper firstly analyzes the connotation of country parks,including its definitions by different scholars,discrimination concept with other types of green land and its function and classification.Secondly,it analyzes the history and current situation of domestic and foreign country park,focusing on discussing the development process and the planning system of Beijing Country Park.On this basis,it summarizes the inspiration of domestic and foreign country Park Planning and Construction.Based on the above theory,Bring Nanhaizi country park as an example,it deeply explains the practice of building a country park from three areas:the planning and design,construction and operations management.As for the planning,start from the Nanhaizi park construction background,it analysis the construction positioning and objectives.On this basis it selects the park planning and design programs,to discuss its features and design flaws planning,analyzes way technology ensures of significant sub-item;As for the construction phase,it selects three important sub-project of Nanhaizi Country Park,to discuss the key elements of the process of implementation;Management,it focuses on the operation and management mode of Nanhaizi country park.Moreover,it also evaluates the effectiveness of Nanhaizi Country Park,and analyses its management status.Finally,it summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of Nanhaizi Country Park.On this basis,the construction and development of our country parks are prospected.The construction of country parks in China started late.Currently,there are still problems remained in the planning,constructing and post-operational management of country parks,such as lacking in policy guidance and systematic planning,monotonous designing,diversification of land property,vastly different in management standards and other issues.In order to ensure that the green ecological environment,improve the urban functions,country parks will bear the travel and tourism,culture and sports industries,and other important ecological and urban functions,so to explore the practice of building a country park has a very significant meaning.Nanhaizi Country Park based on protection of endangered habitats animals and royal garden cultures.It has formed a unique country park,which combines ecological protection,natural leisure,fitness and entertainment,cultural shows and scientific research.It is also one of the first parks opened in the Beijing Country Park Ring.The experience on planning,construction,operation and management has a pilot and reference to promote the construction of the Beijing Country park ring.
