Since the establishment of H Hydropower Vocational Skills Appraisal Station for 5 years,it has carried out multi-type skills appraisal,selected a large number of skilled personnel,made due contributions to the cultivation of enterprise talents,and established a complete working system.However,problems such as imperfect management institutions,inadequate management of appraisers and separation of appraisal content from actual work have not been solved for a long time,which seriously restricts the development of appraisal work.With the reform of the national vocational qualification system,the standard of skill appraisal has been separated from the national vocational skill appraisal system.While supervised by the industry,it has more autonomy,which will better play the main role of personnel training and evaluation.This brings opportunities and challenges to the skill appraisal work of H appraisal station.During the research period,the author collected the relevant national industrial policies of skill appraisal at the present stage,sorted out the whole process of skill appraisal of H Hydropower National Vocational Skills Appraisal Station;analyzed the current situation of skill appraisal by using the theoretical knowledge of service quality evaluation and service improvement;Through perception questionnaire survey,multi-dimensional qualitative analysis,and comparative analysis of identifying work of the same type of appraisal station,the shortcomings in the work were found,and the reasons for the shortcomings were analyzed at different levels.Combining with the analysis of opportunities and challenges,we formulated improvement countermeasures for the reasons of the shortcomings one by one.The results of this study can be used to guide the practical work of follow-up skills appraisal,improve the efificiency of the appraisal work,achieve the strategic objectives of the company's skilled personnel,and provide reference for the improvement of the skills appraisal work of many similar professional skills appraisal stations established within enterprises.
