With the increasing number and mileage of highway tunnels in China,highway tunnel lighting faces severe energy consumption problems.How to ensure that the tunnel energy conservation and consumption reduction is the focus of tunnel lighting research under the premise of meeting tunnel traffic safety standards.However,the current highway tunnel lacks effective energy consumption monitoring technology,and the tunnel lighting brightness mostly adopts the traditional hierarchical lighting design.Therefore,how to monitor the energy consumption of lighting in the tunnel,ensure the on-demand illumination of the tunnel,and realize the intelligent calculation of the tunnel brightness is of great significance for the tunnel operation management.In view of the above problems,tunnel lighting is the research object,and the following contents are studied with the energy consumption monitoring and energy saving of tunnel lighting as the research objectives:(1)Based on the tunnel lighting design rules,the tunnel lighting requirements and design schemes were studied in detail.Based on the definition and classification of tunnels,the characteristics of tunnel lighting are analyzed.Secondly,the requirements of tunnel lighting sections are analyzed,including the design requirements and control requirements of tunnel lighting sections,the selection of tunnel lighting sources and the selection and arrangement of lamps.Tunnel segment length and brightness design.(2)The tunnel information collection system was designed and the tunnel energy consumption monitoring software platform was developed.Based on microwave car inspection device,multi-function electric meter,energy consumption monitoring cabinet and other equipment design and construction of traffic information and energy consumption information collection system to achieve the collection of tunnel basic data.In order to improve the tunnel energy consumption monitoring and protection system,based on the demand analysis and function positioning of the energy consumption monitoring software,the tunnel energy consumption monitoring software platform was developed based on the B/S architecture mode and the MVC framework to realize remote monitoring and comparison of tunnel energy consumption.,statistics and report display capabilities.(3)Based on the LSTM neural network,an energy-saving model for highway tunnel lighting with time series of traffic flow,vehicle speed and external brightness is proposed.Aiming at the problem that the actual tunnel can not be dimmed as needed,the reduction factor of the tunnel entrance section is fitted with the brightness of the middle section.For the calculation of the tunnel lighting calculation model,the calculation of complex and no time parameters is carried out,and the LSTM-based tunnel lighting energy-saving model is proposed.The model realizes the model training of the brightness of the entrance section of the tunnel and the brightness of the middle section by inputting the time series matrix of traffic flow,vehicle speed and brightness outside the hole.For the optimization problem of the objective function in LSTM,three gradient descent methods are used to optimize the model.The results show that the Adam optimization algorithm works best.(4)The tunnel lighting simulation environment was developed based on DIALux lighting design software.The reliability of tunnel lighting energy-saving algorithm was verified by field experiment,and energy-saving analysis was carried out based on simulation and experimental results.Based on the real environment of Jindinghu 2#tunnel,the tunnel 3D model was established,and the fixtures were installed and positioned to realize the simulation verification of the tunnel lighting energy-saving algorithm under sunny and cloudy weather conditions.The tunnel illumination was analyzed by simulation and experiment.The results of road surface brightness and road surface brightness uniformity before and after the application of energy-saving algorithm,and finally energy-saving evaluation of tunnel lighting energy-saving algorithm,the results show that compared with traditional lighting design,tunnel lighting energy-saving algorithm can save 23.61%in sunny weather,It,can save 31.40%energy in cloudy weather.
