With the fast development of Internet technology and popularity of smartphones as well as smart home appliances,the Internet plays an increasingly important role in our daily life and operation management of enterprises.At the same time,the long-term standby of Internet terminal equipment and smart home appliances will not only cause a huge waste of electricity,but bring about serious hidden dangers such as information security and fire safety.In order to meet the ever-growing demands for efficiency,energy saving,convenience,safety and comfort of smart home life in the future,we propose the research topic of monitoring system of electric appliances based on network flow.In order to ensure the real-time monitoring of network flow and the reliability of the monitoring function of electric appliances' condition,this thesis,based on the monitoring technology of electric appliances' condition in the current smart home field and the application of smart PDU of equipment cabinet of the enterprise network data center,respectively analyzes and researches the application,implementation methods,and existing problems of network flow monitoring technology and monitoring technology of electric appliances' condition in detail.Besides,on the basis of probe technology of hardware network flow and monitoring technology of electric appliances' condition,it considers the intelligent upgrade and transformation of future household appliances,puts forward the basic idea of monitoring technology of electric appliances' condition based on the network flow,and forms a relatively complete research results and application schemes of monitoring system for electric appliances' condition based on network flow.In the research of model algorithm of control system for electric appliances,on the premise of comprehensive consideration of the real-time acquisition of power distribution unit's(PDU)parameters and network flow data,this theis proposes the monitoring model algorithm of electric appliances' condition based on the network flow.This algorithm takes the users' usage of net flow as the extracted object.Through repeated feature extraction and machine automatic learning,the algorithm establishes the data model of the appliance usage habits of users,and then by way of similarity identification and judgment,it can automatically control the on/off of the power supply.The algorithm is featured by simple structure,lessoccupation of system resources and high recognition accuracy,so it can solve the shortcomings of the original monitoring system of electrical appliances such as inaccurate reflection of the users' habits of electricity usage and living habits.Finally,taking the upgrade of smart home in the future as an example,we carry out the simulation design of the new power distribution unit(PDU)of network flow monitoring on the Arduino UNO control board experimental platform and test the functions realized by it(including the monitoring function of electric appliances' condition,fault warning function and energy-saving protection control function,etc.).It provides the solution to standby energy consumption without changing the users' usage habits,because most people do not cut off the power after using the household appliance.Therefore,the research and application of the system have promising prospects in the fields of smart home,energy saving and network security.
