The combination of ground source heat pump technology and green building is the intersection of renewable energy technology and green building concept,because green building has the characteristics of better thermal performance of enclosure structure and lower heat and cold load,etc.The application of ground source heat pump technology in green building can bring more obvious energy saving effect and environmental protection benefit.In recent years,the green building renewable energy system in the practical application of the phenomenon of blind technology stacking,due to management negligence,operation strategy is unreasonable,operation and design conditions are different and a series of reasons.Some green building ground-source heat pump systems have a series of problems,such as high energy consumption,poor energy-saving effect,increasing operation cost,etc.The actual operation effect is not ideal.Therefore,analyzing the operation characteristics of ground-source heat pump system in green building has become the most important task to improve its operation effect,and it is urgent to identify the operation effect of heat pump system in green building and to analyze the difference of design conditions.For 6 green buildings with heat pump in cold area,the energy consumption index,system energy efficiency coefficient and system water temperature of the heat pump system in green building are analyzed in detail by monitoring the complete year's data of the ground source heat pump system in the green building.The key factors affecting the efficiency of building energy system are identified and the difference between actual operation and design expectation is compared.Based on the comparison of energy consumption of(EUI),indoor temperature distribution frequency and energy efficiency of energy system,the energy saving potential of EUI,indoor satisfaction and energy efficiency of heat pump system in 6 green buildings are deeply explored by comparing the energy consumption ratio of(EUI),indoor temperature distribution frequency and energy efficiency of energy system.Level.The difference mechanism between actual operation and design expectation of ground-source heat pump system in cold region is preliminarily explored.The typical differential mechanism of heat pump is optimized by using TRNSYS simulation software.It provides some reference suggestions for the design and operation of ground source heat pump in green building.The results show that the key factors affecting the efficiency of building energy system are that the unit COP and the system EER;are investigated in the cold area of green building EUI are both in 20 kWh/(m2 a),)in accordance with the "three-step energy saving" in China's"energy saving" of 75%;By analyzing the difference of ground source heat pump system,it is concluded that the difference factors of ground source heat pump system in 6 buildings are:pump frequency,system flow rate,water supply temperature on the ground source side,water string situation on the user side and the ground source side.The depth of the extraction well and the recharge well are not enough and the fouling accumulation in the plate heat exchanger;The average energy saving potential of EUI in 6 green buildings is 1.2.4The energy saving potential of the T2 building body EUI is 63.0,the average energy saving potential of the geothermal water supply temperature is 40.9,and the average energy saving potential through the replacement of the variable frequency pump is 24.2.Based on the analysis of indoor temperature in buildings,the energy saving potential of building excess cooling and heating is 9.9%and 24.2b respectively.The energy saving potential of ground-source heat pump system in 6 green buildings is huge.Based on the operation data obtained from the dynamic monitoring of energy system in 6 green buildings,it is helpful to make the application regulations of low energy consumption building technology in cold and cold areas,and has certain academic value.It is of great significance to the application of heat pump technology in green building in our country.
