As a comprehensive public building,hotel building has complex functions and high energy consumption.With the development of tourism,the number of high-rise hotel buildings in Xi'an has increased significantly in recent years and is developing towards the large-scale high-rise buildings.There are many factors influencing the energy consumption of high-rise hotel buildings,such as long heating season,high indoor thermal environment requirements,old energy consumption data and unclear main factors influencing energy consumption.It is necessary to study its energy consumption characteristics and energy saving strategies.Taking high-rise hotel buildings in Xi'an area as the research object,this paper conducted field research and field test on building energy consumption,summarized and analyzed energy consumption characteristics and energy saving problems,studied the influencing factors of energy consumption using DeST-C energy consumption simulation software combined with orthogonal test,and proposed an energy saving design scheme.The energy consumption of five typical hotel buildings in Xi'an area was investigated,and the indoor thermal environment was tested on the spot to find out the problems in energy saving application from the perspective of energy consumption system.Research in Xi'an region high-rise hotel buildings energy consumption distribution in 19.33-39.79 kgce/(m2·a),between the average energy consumption is 25.87kgce/(m2·a).Electric energy accounts for the largest proportion in the energy composition,accounting for 58.13%on average.After modeling with DeST-C and engineering practice,the influencing factors of energy consumption were selected.Each factor has chosen three level design Ligt3)orthogonal table,18 group energy consumption simulation is studied by using orthogonal experiment,examine the factors affect the size of the significant role of building energy consumption.Through range and variance analysis,the degree of influence on building energy consumption is ranked as follows:occupancy rate>thermal performance of external windows>external wall heat transfer coefficient>operating mode of air conditioning in guest rooms>indoor thermal and humidity environment>building orientation>roof heat transfer coefficient.Among them,the occupancy rate and thermal performance of external windows have significant effects on building energy consumption,which is the main factor affecting the energy consumption of hotel buildings in Xi'an.The relationship between the heat transfer coefficient of external window,roof and external wall and the building energy saving rate is simulated and analyzed,and the relation between the heat transfer coefficient of external wall and roof and the energy saving rate is determined by fitting.Taking the energy consumption simulation of high-rise hotel as the target building,the energy saving design scheme of heat transfer coefficient optimization and window-wall ratio optimization was proposed,and the energy consumption was reduced by 33.06%compared with the original building.Using SPSS data analysis software,multivariate linear regression analysis by stepwise method was carried out to obtain the energy consumption index prediction model of high-rise hotel buildings in Xi'an.
