According to the statistics,81.3%of the local installed capacity of china' s election power unit is the thermal power unit.Coal-fired unit accounts for 70%of the coal-fired generation set,vhich only consumes a large amount of coal and carbon resources.Key research projects on energy consumption and emission reduction in the production of Auxiliary Equipment is the electric process.At present,the design value of the comprehensive power utilization rate of 600MW opening coal-fired power generating sets is 6.26%.While the power utilization rate of energy-saving and environment-friendly power plants is required to be less than 6%.Therefore,the energy conservation potential of the units must be digged deeply to meet the national requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection.Generally,condensate pumps of coal-fired generators are frequency operation by adjusting the oxygen-regulating value to adjust the condensate water flow rate.However,it will result to condensate pump deviates from the high efficiency interval operation for a long time,and the condensate system exists a large throttle loss at run time,which needs to optimize energy saving technical renovation.This paper takes the condensate pump high voltage frequency converter speed control technology renovation project in Huaneng Tongchuan Zhaojin Power Plant as example,it analyzes the current operation status of condensate pumps and the problems existing in the operation.The technical innovation scheme of high-voltage variable-frequency speed regulation of condensate pumps is designed by investigating and learning from the domestic and foreign condensate pumps high-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation system technical renovation advanced experience.It optimizes the operation mode of the condensate system and revises the related inter lock protection of the system after the technical renovation of the high-voltage variable frequency speed regulation of the condensate pump.A comprehensive evaluation is made on the application effect of this project through energy-saving analysis and safety analysis after technical renovation.Meanwhile,it improves the condensate pump start-up characteristics and running conditions,and also enhances the security and economy of the condensate pump water system after the high voltage variable frequency adjustable speed technology,which will fully verify the comprehensive benefits of the high voltage variable frequency speed regulation technology renovation project of the condensate pump and can be used for reference and guidance in high voltage frequency conversion engineering of the thermal power plant.
