With the complexity and intelligent improvement of the development of spacecraft,the sensor is widely used in power control devices,power supply and distribution systems,monitoring alarms and autonomous control of spacecraft.Hall current sensor can be the spacecraft's own control links to send the correct action instructions and signal conversion.With the complexity of the aerospace environment,spacecraft for more than 2500 V high-voltage environment,the current monitoring and measurement of a higher pressure and reliability are required.The traditional measurement method has the disadvantages of low reliability,low measurement precision and inconvenient use,and can't realize the monitoring of current in high pressure environment.Aerospace high reliability and pressure-type Hall current sensor can be highly reliable to achieve high-pressure environment,the ability of spacecraft self-monitoring,and ultimately the system to achieve intelligent monitoring and troubleshooting.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the high reliability and high pressure type Hall current sensor.In this paper,analyze the significance of the study of high reliability and high pressure type Hall current sensor,and the research status at home and abroad firstly.Aiming at the design requirements of Hall current sensor for the relevant aerospace model,the research method and design flow of high reliability and high pressure type Hall current sensor are discussed in detail.Secondly,through the analysis of the technical requirements and application of the sensor,the design scheme of the closed-loop Hall current sensor is selected in this paper.The performance of closed-loop Hall current sensor is better than that of open-loop Hall current sensor.It has the characteristics of fast response time,wide bandstrong resistance to EMC,high precision and low linearity.Hall current sensor is mainly composed of magnetic ring,Hall element,signal processing circuit,power amplifier circuit and so on.The sensor uses the HW302 B Hall element to combine the "?" design of the magnetic ring,which converts the magnetic signal into an electrical signal effectively.Then,the design of the Hall current sensor is described in detail from the aspects of structural design,mechanical simulation design,thermal simulation design,circuit design,high pressure design and reliability design,so as to reach the high reliability of the sensor,high pressure,these design goals.The high pressure design of the sensor is the main technical key.The coil winding system adopts the isolation of the primary and secondary isolation system.The circuit design adopts the isolation of the high voltage side and the low voltage side completely.The design process adopts vacuum potting technology.The design requirements of the sensor structure in stiffness and strength is verified by the sensor mechanical simulation,and the steady-state thermal analysis index of the components inside the sensor is verified by the sensor thermal simulation.Finally,for the special application environment of Hall current sensor,this paper has developed a reasonable experimental verification scheme.After the design of Hall current sensor is completed,the sensor has carried on the detailed test verification and the data analysis,the sensor performance index meets the design request,high performance.
