Due to the rapid development of modern power systems,the distribution of them is becoming wider and wider,the places used are more and more,the capacity is getting larger and larger,and the structure is more complicated.This requires higher evaluation accuracy of grid equipment.More rigorous maintenance strategy.At present,most of China's mainstream programs are based on the self-test information of the power equipment itself,summarizing various data and information of the equipment,and then analyzing the data and information,and finally obtaining the final score of the equipment through expert research.The plan takes a long time,and with the development of China's power grid,it is gradually unable to meet our needs.Based on the principle of relay protection device,this paper analyzes the monitoring principle of relay protection system and analyzes the relay protection device and its equipment components on the circuit according to the characteristics of the secondary circuit of relay protection body and secondary circuit of relay protection device.The process,failure performance and failure characteristics experienced by the failure,the strategy and implementation principles of relay protection and maintenance are proposed.Through the investigation of the structure and status quo of the fushun grid,a hierarchical model is established based on the actual situation of the fushun grid.Taking the fault points often appearing in the secondary protection circuit of the relay protection device body and the relay protection device as reference,two first-level indicators are established,and eight maintenance indicators are set up respectively,and an eighth-order matrix model is established to calculate the index weights.Through the division of the index weights,the state quantity of the relay protection device is comprehensively calculated.According to the state scores,they are evaluated as four states: serious,abnormal,attention,and normal.According to the state maintenance strategy,different key points are repaired,which reduces maintenance costs and improves maintenance efficiency.After application,the power outage time can be saved by 1584 hours.Finally,in accordance with the revised maintenance plan,a certain maintenance rules and regulations will be set up to ensure the smooth implementation of the maintenance plan.Make necessary explanations for the objectives of the overhaul work and the work plan process.After the application of the maintenance program,the company won the second place in the benchmark.In the company's internal review,it also achieved a reduction rate of 50%.
