In recent years,under the guidance of modern educational information development and market demand,the application of information technology in vocational education and teaching has become more and more frequent,especially with the introduction of virtual-reality technology,the teaching mode of vocational colleges and universities has been made no longer single.With regards to this general trend,virtual-reality technology is taken as a breakthrough and the characteristics of education and teaching in vocational colleges and universities are combined,and virtual experiments and real experiments designed by virtual-reality technology are effectively integrated in the paper.The practical training teaching mode of "virtual and real integration" is designed,which provides a meaningful reference for the practical training teaching method of vocational education.It's found based on a series of investigations that at present,there is not much research on the effective integration of the proposed experiment into the physical experiment for practical training teaching,moreover,it is learned that there are few cases of combining virtual experiment and real experiment in Guizhou Province at present by practical interviews.Therefore,a more perfect training mode which combines virtual experiment and real experiment organically is explored,and it's done what little one can to help the practice teaching method of vocational education with the purpose of stimulating students' interest in learning and improving the effect of practical training teaching,and on the basis of the shortcomings of the current practical training teaching in vocational colleges and universities,on the basis of the existing research.It's guided by the theory of emotion cognition,mixed learning theory and professional ability development theory,and the practical training teaching mode of effectively integrating virtual experiment and real experiment on the basis of the existing relevant research is explored in the paper,that is,drawing lessons from Joyce and Will's teaching mode theory,it's makde an analysis of them in detail from four aspects,such as the teaching goal of practical training,the teaching conditions of practical training,the process of practical training and the evaluation of practical teaching.In the end,the practical training teaching mode of "integration of virtualreality" is designed.With the aim of verifying the effectiveness of the designed "integration of virtual-reality" training teaching model,this model is taken advantage of to carry on the concrete actual teaching in a vocational school in Guizhou,and the medium and high voltage isolating switch of "Power Supply and Distribution Technology" is taken as the practical teaching content.A relatively simple training environment is constructed based on the consideration of the virtual learning content of the school with equipment but no high voltage isolating switch,in which,the construction of virtual training environment is mainly based on Unity as the development platform,HTC Vive as the development tool to make realization of the specific interactive function.With the help of the virtual training environment and the existing physical training environment,the specific case design and implementation are carried out,and in the end,the teaching effect is analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and interview and communication,so that the effectiveness and necessity of the training teaching mode of "virtual reality" can be verified.It's showed based on the research result that the application of the training teaching mode of "integration of virtual-reality" in the practical training teaching of vocational colleges can effectively improve the effect of practical training teaching,which is particularly prominent in three aspects: arousing students' interest in learning,standardizing their learning behavior and improving the consciousness of time management.It can be seen that the application of this model can not only achieve the teaching objectives,but also meet the purpose of talent training.
