Research On Dispatching Command Interpretation System Of Railway Passenger Station

With the construction of passenger dedicated line entering the stage of high-speed development in China,the number of trains is increasing sharply.Daily transportation and production work of large passenger stations is very busy,which puts forward higher requirements for the operation efficiency of passenger stations.As the core and key part of passenger dedicated line transportation production system,passenger dispatching system must constantly improve its information level.The quality and efficiency of shunting operation plan is one of the key factors affecting the quality of transportation.The main basis of shunting operation plan is the passenger dispatching command document issued by the road bureau.Although in the environment of Railway Informationization development,the research on the automation of passenger dispatching system has also achieved some results,and the developed system has been put into use,but as far as the station is concerned,the degree of informationization is still very low,and there is no complete and practical platform for the interpretation of dispatching commands.The interpretation of passenger dispatch commands is still driven by manual work,which relies heavily on staffs sense of responsibility and work experience.It not only brings heavy workload to passenger dispatchers,but also fails to ensure the quality of command interpretation and the timeliness of task execution.The safety and efficiency of train operation are not guaranteed.Therefore,the development of an automated interpretation system of passenger mediation commands is of great significance to improve the overall level of informatization of passenger stations.This paper mainly includes three aspects:system requirement analysis,system design and function realization.In the part of requirement analysis,combining with the current situation of passenger station command operation and the basic theory of system design,this paper analyses the process of issuing passenger dispatch command,the way of interpretation and the content of command,extracts the keywords in the content of command,and defines the function and performance requirements of the system.In the part of system design,the detailed functional structure design of the system is carried out,the system database is established,and the man-machine of the system is In the function realization part,the development environment,development language and related development technology suitable for the system are determined,the overall architecture of the system is designed,the core code to realize the main functions of the system is compiled,and a Web system based on B/S structure is established for the interpretation and management of passenger call commands.This paper establishes a human-computer interaction platform which is easy to operate and manage for the interpretation of passenger dispatch commands.It mainly includes the following advantages:(1)The system can quickly and accurately screen out the commands related to this station from the numerous and complicated passenger dispatch command files,and highlight the commands that need to be interpreted by bar;(2)Computer-assisted implementation of commands.Help interpret,reduce manual input content;(3)add command verification function to ensure the correctness of command interpretation;(4)after interpreting the completed command into the system,until the execution date of the command,the system can automatically remind,avoid task forgetting;(5)real-time monitoring of task implementation,statistics on-site work items completion,help dispatchers arrange work.
